If a weapon has a certain hax but the wielder never shows or uses it, does the character still have the hax and can use it in battle?

Meaning if there is no additional context where the character doesn't know how to use that hax it will still be used in the match?
yes, unless the weapon somehow has some restrictions, like for example, depending on the wielder they cant utilize its full potential, or what you said.
Otherwise yeah, but if they never used those hax in a fight it would be considered extremely out of character for them to in VS match, but still a possibility

Answer is yes, unless the weapon has a prerequisite for needing the wielder to have a specified amount of experience with said weapon, or their morals prevent them from going all out with it, and even then it's moreso a weakness of the wielder than a limiting factor of the weapon.

But will need to add bloodlust rule for character to be used in a fight, right?

I mean if a character literally does not know how to activate the hax not really, like for example if a character had like a book of spells or smth but couldn’t read the language it was written in they couldn’t cast the spells.
