I'm not really interested in the match but I'll point out that Cinder creates a huge loud burst of smoke when he teleports making his position extremely obvious. Neu doesn't seem create anything that'd make his position that easy to read.
Neuvillette makes a splashing sound when he teleports so he's noticable too tbh
Not saying he isn't, but the sound is very clearly much softer and doesn't come with a giant cloud of smoke. So it would be significantly harder to keep track of
