Genius after becoming Flowey (including Omega Flowey and God of Hyperdeath). Due to having the ability to retain his memories through RESETs, Flowey is incredibly clever, obtaining almost all the possible knownledge that is possible to achieve in the Underground though making every possible action in it, and living all the possible outcomes of said actions. Because of this, he's also able to manipulate many of the game's characters into doing exactly what he wants, even across different timelines, due to him exactly knowing what would certain individuals do or say in different situations, to the point of seeing them as merely "sets of numbers" or "lines of dialogue". He has also a good combat experience, due to him being capable of killing everyone in the Underground.
Idk this definitely surpasses real world limits

I meant when did he performed extraordinary feats of reading expressions?
He doesn't, but he has feats of knowing what basically everyone in the Underground would do or say in a situation etc.

He doesn't even need to guess from expressions.

Idk, it sounds less impressive than guessing how many times someone died purely based on expressions.
But it's not gonna be decided by me

Both are blatantly superhuman
sounds superhuman because time travel doesn’t exist. He’s memorized things he’s experienced over and over again without change. Over the thousands of times he’s reset, he was bound to memorize it.

Supernatural, not superhuman. (To a certain extent. still kinda crazy memorization though)

I agree with all besides the intelligence bit, as the "beyond human limits" is already covered by the Genius stuff:

Genius: Individuals with an exceptional capacity for knowledge and intelligence, usually in one area of varying depth. This level of intellect is the level of real-world geniuses, polymaths, and genuinely extremely prominent intellectuals, and, in the absence of better feats, should be the default intelligence category for fictional characters with exceptional or superhuman intelligence.

Though I do get that this can be seen as way, way too unrealistic for real world standards to be simple Genius, but I am unsure of it tbh. So I am neutral on that.
Same take here.

In the game files the dimensional boxes are called "obj_sansbox", this implies that Sans was the one who built them.
This is by far an Extraordinary Genius feat, and everything mentioned before are supportive feats for Sans' EG

IMO “implies” is not good enough, it could also be saying that Sans owns them, or only helped build them, or is labeled as such because it shares Sans’ ability of ******* around with spacetime, etc, etc. It being in the game files is also pretty shaky evidence as is on top of that.

He most likely built them since he has a lot of knowledge on spacetime and stuff, and the burden of proof should support this.
Plus this combined with everything else should support him being EG anyways

Burden of proof kinda works against you here, in this situation the CRT creator trying to make changes would be considered the prosecution, you are the one making the claim that Sans has EG intelligence, so the burden of proof is on you. Though honestly I don’t dislike a “Genius, possibly Extraordinary Genius” intelligence rating for Sans, as there is not enough concrete stuff for straight up EG, but if Sans DID contribute enough to the invention of the Dimensional boxes EG definitely works.

The most reasonable thing to assume is that Sans was the one who built them based on everything we know. You would have to prove that he only owns them or that this was just a funny code thing which doesnt make sense.
Based on everything I said previously we can make him straight up EG
