Well, this probably a question best suited for the main forums, typically we aren’t asked these questions and when we are it’s easy to assume it’s just to create a character at those levels, which is negative on fcoc given the history of the wiki and wanked characters. I’m sure the main wiki forum could give you a more satisfying answer to these questions.
