They were never considered dualities before. Not just by themselves. The standards are the same, a duality is something like true and not-true. If you can prove that light and darkness are something like opposites, then it would still qualify, I think.

But just renaming wouldn't lead to that giant wave of removing ND. Before it was assigned even to just opposing natures, but now it explicitly requires logical contradiction

That's one of the problems, Yin Yang no longer works unless properly explained by the verse that it refers to true and not-true, as some verses don't
Beretta's whole thing comes from fusing angelic and demonic, so if that's rejected, his skill also is(Do note that in vsbw it's only Nonduality, and in vsbw it'll prolly not be type 3. Though I think type 3 is also possible. Also, since the difference between ultimates and uniques is absolute (given no Smurf character with more willpower like Chloe) and an Ultimate skill "understands the logic of the world more", I think applying the "entire level of reality" to only uniques and treating ultimates as a higher one mentally (where you can break even the laws of the world) is definitely possible if we can get Laws of the world to 1-A, which is relatively easy if we can get a translator to translate a few scans (around 5 to 6).Astral Trinity439/Skills

The Labyrinth should be a non-dual structure that is made of imaginary matter that is neither organic nor inorganic which makes it immune to Vega's absorption to organic matter and should work in vice versa.
We have Zegion's Godspeed Movement which allows him to be not only fast but become a mixture between reality and illusion both true and false.

It doesn't matter in our case, because the worlds that the phantoms want to invade are necessary on a multi-galactic scale (due to expansion faster than light and the time it takes for intelligent life forms such as humans to appear). Even if it's not a universe in size, the feat remains mftl+.

Yes, but then very very few fictions would have nonduality. That's why if you can prove something like light is the opposite or not darkness, it would qualify as a logical contradiction. I was asking where it says that it doesn't count anymore. That only something like being and not-being would count now.
Just whether it has ND or not.

The Sonic one though actually had it removed already. The nonduality thread is linked at the end but wasn't really included as reasoning. Someone just said the argument could be revaluated.
Anyways though it does sound like y'all actually agree just worded things differently...

Rarely any staff comes to check tensura general discussion thread sadly, so you won't be finding anyone here.
But you can try asking Bambu, DT or FinePoint since they, to my memory, are knowledgeable on info type 2.
