Ok so ignoring all that yap you said, would the best bet to find the speed is find the distance from earth and the next habitable planet?

Since I find it unlikely we will ever get a intergalactic map, and they breath air and such
 
Anyways we might be able to reach for city level high tiers since the Mechamaru GPE end (that Dalesean accepted, I believe) and Kenjaku resisting the black hole are city level, there's also Gojo's Unlimited Purple and Sukuna's Divine Flame which, by my calcs, reach city level.

Kashimo's EMW and Jacob's ladder are the accepted and used fastest in verse, both being light speed, although Sukuna's World Cutting Slash is accepted and faster, being FTL (lol)
The highest accepted calculation is Sukuna reacting to Kashimo's EMW (13% speed or light for Sukuna, 11% for Kashimo)
The highest used calculation is Takaba blocking an explosion (Mach 70 something, HHS+)
