I'm assuming you are asking how we determine if someone referring to a "world" can refer to an entire universe or other type of 4D space. In which case, it's really just dependent on the information from the verse itself. For example, in JoJo part 7, Funny Valentine describes the alternate universes he can travel to be "other worlds".

For the second point, not really sure what you mean. A 4D space is just an entire spacetime continuum, which doesn't inherently have to be infinite to my understanding. A universe that is not infinite but rather is still expanding can be 4D as long as it has its own spacetime.

Destroying a 4D universe is Low 2-C or Universal level+

Destroying a portion of time within a universe, such as its history would be High 3-A, such as King Crimson in JoJo getting High 3-A off erasing a 10 second portion of time.

Unless there are anti-feats like the size of the world being too small (akin to a mini pocket reality), that's normally enough for it being considered Low 2-C, yeah.

That's 3A yes. Destroying a finite non-zero amount of the past, present or future means destroying a countably infinite amount of snapshots of the universe that equals said finite time.
Note that finite time=countably infinite snapshots and infinite time=uncountably infinite snapshots. Examples are points on a line segment for the prior and points on an infinite line for the latter.

In that case, the opinion of staff ultimately differs.

But on the side I lean on due to @Ultima_Reality's explanation that physical matter is ultimately irrelevant in the grand scheme of things that is Space and Time.
Since even empty spaces holds the potential to hold as much physical matter as a completely filled space, if the size of the Universe, even if it's just infinitely expanding space with little amounts of matter, would be significant, physically 3-A, Eventually High 3-A while as a space time continuum it'll be Low 2-C

Yes, although if they're outright stated to be separate continuums, then different flows of time wouldn't be a disqualifier of that either.

However, a different flow of time by itself isn't enough to prove a different continuum, since even in our universe there are different places with different flows of time.

It is 3-A (high 3-A to be specific), but depending on context it could be higher.
