I'll say this much, Asura is definitely the more skilled fighter since All Might just does not dodge attacks in his prime and just has more impressive skills feats in general, alongside having over twice All Might's AP, superior ranged abilities, six arms to fight even better with, some degree of regen and the ability to get even stronger if he gets pissed off during the fight. All Might's only real advantage is that he has higher LS.

Honestly a slight speed gap in All Might's favor isn't gonna be useful since Asura also has experience fighting people that are faster than him or can even outright teleport.

All Might's lifting strength has serious limits here too. If he grabs any of Asura's limbs all the others will rain blows on him, and if the limb is an arm it can break off and regrow, which will make grabbing it not that useful. If he grabs his torso all six arms will rain blows on him, leaving only grabbing his head as a valuable move.

Overall, it seems to me that Asura would take it via superior experience, six arms, ability to break off and regrow arms, ability to amp given the chance, energy blasts granting more versatility, and all backed up by a times 2 AP advantage.

I doubt that would really do anything when more severe injuries from people stronger than Asura didn't keep him down for more than a few moments.

Yes, I've been kicked in the balls directly. It hurt like a *****, but it didn't hurt nearly as much as when I broke my ankle a few years ago.
