Calculation Evaluations (New forum)

Verse/Character: Power Rangers Samurai / Kevin (Blue Ranger)

Brief description of the feat: A series of feats including strength and speed for resistance, resistance to poisons, energy strikes (Dragon Splash), Zord capture and scaling in higher modes (Mega, Supersamurai, Shark Attack, Shogun). Analyze the base form, enhancement and scaling in the team with other rangers.

Priority: 1 (creation of a new profile for the character; introduction of tiers, speed and scaling based on series).

Rules for individual verses: use only original episodes of Power Rangers Samurai and Super Samurai, including related Papercutz comics; no crossovers with other seasons or versions.

Notes:

First complete set of calculations for Kevin (civilian form, base ranger and higher modes).

Includes AP, speed, durability and resistance.

Proposed tier 9-B (civilian), High 6-C (base Ranger) and finally 5-B (higher modes with Zords).

Ready for profile creation after moderator approval.
