We can just downscale. Yuji and Todo do small damage to Hanami and they're essentially the top of strength for grade 1s. Inumaki also never harms Hanami with his ct and it destroys him when he did. Not everything needs to scale outright

Pure Love Beam is basically this but with a death binding vow slapped on top and that's still weaker than full power Uzumaki. Sukuna's would probably be weaker than Fuga

No I can, that's just an unneeded distinction. You can look at other domain sections, we don't separate the domain and the domain's sure hit, its the domains buff altogether.
