Outlier just a made up term to stop agendas. The verse got like four 7C feats and its clear Mech is meant to be a powerful representation since he's outputting special grade amount of ce but sometimes, sometimes it's better to keep pandora's box closed before we have tier 6 Gojo and FTL Sukuna goons getting uppity.

I think outlier can apply to this considering it's literally above anything that even Gojo or Sukuna can do. Even the new fuga calc is below this

I feel like the only thing that would make it not an outlier is if phantom parade is given some sort of canon status to get city level teen gojo from his blasting a mountain feat

Even then that feat depends on time and scale which makes it iffy.

Surprisingly I don't remember any discussion about this feat since nobody have finished to evaluate the calc. The calc that was said to be stupid and not usable is the one trying to pull off Relativistic Kenjaku by "reacting to a black hole"

I don't think that's how every verse is scaled where if a high tier or god tier didn't do something better than a mid tier, the calcs unusable. I have gotten several verses scaled this way and also know other verses scale this way too. I get the outlierish perception but it's also stated this Mech is outputting special grade levels of ce which supports the incredible jump being for the high tiers. Then there's at least 2 H7C feats, albeit from Gojo and Jogo. I could understand us accepting just characters ct being the tier since CE is a NPES and a lot of people can't easily tank GB, Kashimo's charge, Frost Calm, star rage, dismantle, Red or blue, or Uzumaki. We'd just downscale people like Yuta or Maki since they can tank some of these.

I mean it was just 1 curse Uzumaki, besides if everyone else gets to 7-B, kusakabe blocking high 7-C Uzumaki aint that bad, i seen characters scaling to god tiers of the verse for way less

The Toge calc is just the outlier of all outliers unless we're really pushing for H7C mid tiers.
We could try arguing for the meteor's Earthquake to be higher from how violently the shaking was drawn (gets from small city+ - mountain) and scaling 15F Sukuna to it but that's never happening
