This is a remake of parts of this thread.
We currently assume Quasi-Omnipotent beings like Shiro and Kuro resist all the abilities of each other, because of statements like this where its stated Shiro's powers don't work on Kuro (Chapter 77). I don't think we should take this at face value, we have to look in to why Shiro's powers don't work on Kuro, the next scan under Kuro's resistances on her profile explains this, Shiro essentially manipulated the future to fit the future she saw with her and Kaito, but Kuro unintentionally altered that future because Kuro nullifies Shiro's power (Chapter 548), it doesn't say Kuro resists Shiro's power, it says she nullifies it, which is the same sort of statement that we got when Shiro and Kuro fought 20,000 years ago, that they nullify each other's power (Chapter 174), this isn't resistance, but power null imo.
In addition, if they really did have resistances to all of each other's powers, then Fate shouldn't have been able to affect Kuro 20,000 years ago, but we have seen that Fate's authority is powerful enough (Chapter 1516) to exhaust Kuro a little bit before fighting Shiro. In the main story it was stated Fate's authority doesn't work on Shiro, Kuro nor Kaito who is blessed by Shiro (Chapter 216), so I think it makes sense that Shiro and Kuro developed a resistance over time, but it's clearly not a natural thing for them to have these resistances.
Back to Fate, she is stated to be the most powerful God after Shiro, and the closest in power, with her eyes even being able to turn into the same eyes as Shiro letting her see the past, present and future (Chapter 216). She is also stated to be the closet being to Shiro, even her nature (Chapter 268). While it is still a bit confusing that Fate's ability wasn't nullified, despite her nature being close to Shiro's, it does prove World Creator's don't just naturally have resistances to everything.
In verse, the stronger you are, the more resistances you have, but unless I am forgetting something nothing shows beings on Quasi-Omnipotent level resisting everything each other can do. At the Omnipotent level we have seen Kuro & Makina for example resisting Shiro's time manipulation (Chapter 2274), so they have resistances to some of each other's abilities, but no proof exists that they resist everything, so those resistances should be removed.
Also with the power null it's stated to happen because Shiro and Kuro were originally 1 entity (Chapter 174), so I think this leads into something I have been thinking about for a while, that this nullification is specific due to the nature of Shiro and Kuro. It won't just passively nullify any and all abilities, it's specific to when Kuro and Shiro fight, so ultimately useless in a vs match, despite being powerful. Authorities are stated to be reproductions of Shiro's power (Chapter 1183), and the authority Shiro gave to Olivia can nullify all abilities including authorities (Chapter 2137), but this doesn't work on beings like Shiro, so World Creators will still have good power null and resistance to it, but anything more than that is just a major assumption imo.

TLDR
- Remove all the resistances World Creators like Shiro have due to scaling to Kuro nullifying Shiro's power.
The power null which happens when Shiro and Kuro fight, and works on them despite their resistance to powernull, is a specific thing that only happens between the 2 of them, and isn't usable normally.
