What can counter NEP Type 2?

Are there types of manipulation (Information, Conceptual, Madness etc) or states (e.g Nonduality) that can affect NEP Type 2?

1. Being 1-A while the NEP2 character is below 1-A

2. Can feat interacting with NEP2

3. Have ability that target the aspect thay NEP2 do not lack. For example character A is NEP Nature 2, Aspect 5 (Concept); this mean A lack only Concept but still have other things such as Information, Mind, Soul, etc... exist. Other character can target these Aspects to affect NEP2 character

If a character has NEP Type 2 for a specific concept, would that be countered if another character were to be granted conceptual manipulation by a 1A concept of that specific concept (allowing it to manipulate anything in the lower reality) or is the NEP Type 2 for that concept considered outside that character's range. And would Madness Type 3 (not from a 1A character) affect Mental Nonexistence for NEP Type 2?

1. Anything below 1-A will be considered as fictional, nonexistent to 1-A, so almost every abilities 1-A have will work on non 1-A

2. Madness type 3 will not work

It depends on the verse. Though normally you can time-stop them, unless they lack time aspect, or have other abilities that can counter timestop

This is case-by-case basis; sometimes you can operate fine in a realm with out time because in some cases the realm does not affect you; in some other cases you are affected by said realm's flow of time, etc.... there are multiple cases, which are pretty much on a case-by-case basis; there is no default assumption for this situation
