This matchup just really feels like Garou eventually throws Kafka to the moon.
Both of them have good Martial Arts and Skill feats, with Kafka arguably edging out feats-wise, but Garou's adaptable Martial Arts and Technique Copying would ensure any Martial Arts Kafka does would inevitably be understood by and replicated by Garou, but at the same time, Kafka is such an unkillable monster that even if Garou Roaring Fists multiple times over he's still going to keep fighting.
The battle would be really ****ing long, that's for certain, but Garou would eventually just call it quits and throw Kafka to the moon.

Does acid even have layers? I'm pretty sure it's like poison or fire that doesn't have layers, but just gets more potent (Fire gets hotter, poison can be more fatal, and acid can be more corrosive). I imagine the only part that's layered is the Regen neg, no?

I don't deny that it's on the page. But it's the equivalent to saying someone has layered fire because they can burn someone who has a resistance. That's just hotter fire that upscales from the temperature of the person's resistance. It doesn't make sense to call fire layered.

Garou can deflect Kafka's physical strikes. His expertise with Your Mom's Smashing Fist has reached the point where he can deflect things that would instantly pulverize bones even if the attack so much as grazed a person.
