Notes:
I'm aware of how bad Devon is, but due to me not being a woman and obviously not having a fruit or anything I don't really see a reason for her to kill me. But it may still happen- She was in Level 6 for a reason, after all.
If Hancock tolerated men outside of the 3 or 4 she likes in verse, I'd probably put her in C or B tier (on the grounds of her still being an animal abuser with a big ego).
Apoo is at the bottom because I'd rather go through whatever people like Vasco would do to me than listen to his music
Katakuri has his mask off in the image they showed so I'm assuming he's just going to insta kill me the second I see him.
Without that insecurity of his, he'd probably be A tier, though.

For this hypothetical all the exceptionally tall characters are sized down or I'm sized up.

Honestly, yeah. Whitebeard is great but I feel he's a little overrated by the fandom. Moria had a very unique and fun ability and he was a really broken character as well. Can't help but feel pity for him considering how badly Kaido crushing him affected him mentally and physically. Plus Thriller Bark is one of the best locations in OP. I love the horror vibes.

I don't think the Hunger Pangs really butchered anything. Being immature, volatile, and obsessively greedy have always been pretty core parts of her character. Hunger Pangs are simply those traits in their barest form. The interesting part of Big Mom (writing-wise) is how she toes the line between her many child-like traits (a natural result of being raised by two individuals who never actually cared about her growing up, outside of her physical strength) and shrewd pirate emperor.

Rocks singlehandedly beat all of the Celestial Dragons at the same time, including Garling, although he was exerted from doing so. That is very impressive.

Why exactly do we have Usopp physically scaling to luffy?
I mean, I understand why his durability might scale but looking back at his fight now he needed a ranged attack to do any kind of damage or felt the need to use some sorta special tricks to harm Luffy, but in no interaction did he ever match luffy’s striking strength. The only thing close to a physical interaction was when he used the dial, which just absorbs the force of an attack then reflects it.

Personally, I'm going with Kaido and Gear 5th Luffy atm. Rocks still hasn't shown anything above either of their pinnacle imo.
And no, beating an Admiral we know nothing about from almost 60 years ago doesn't really prove anything.

Yeah when it come to characters like Usopp and Nami i think it make more sense to exclude Striking Strength and not make it comparable to their AP in general when they scale, as they principally rely on their gadgets/weapons to harm their opponents rather than any physical strikes, Durability its fine tought as they are also usually show to be able to survive attacks from their opponents.

IMO Usopp is clever enough to find a way somehow. He’s beaten opponents significantly physically superior to himself before.

The Amount of IMU meat riding after the last chapter is crazy, all it did was getting pasted and surviving thanks to Regen and using a hax that only works on Davys but somehow they think it can no diff the verse
