So, on the Horror page, they're accepted as having Invulnerability for attacks that dont harm their soul. Now, the scan used says weapons but this CRT is to also include physical attacks as well. From this scan here,

Madou Power

A special power learned by Makai Knights and Makai Priests. It is a power that resides in the spirit, differing from psychic abilities like teleportation or clairvoyance. People who possess this power cannot emit it directly, instead having to use mediums such as Realm Charms or Madou Brushes.The reason Makai Knights can only wear their armor for a certain period of time is because they have to mentally suppress the Demon World's power stored in its dark side with their own magic, which they can only do for 99.9 seconds.

Horror
Demonic beasts who live in the demon world and appear in the human world using objects that house "Inga" as gates, they possess humans that have been possessed by "Inga" and eat humans. They show their true potential in the night and darkness, and cannot be defeated unless you are a Makai Knight or Makai Priest.

From this, we can gather that Makai Knights and Priests have spiritual powers and are the only ones that can defeat a Horror. Now, here are some inverse examples of this

• A young Raiga was able to physically harm Rei (A Makai Knight), yet couldn't harm a Horror while Rei could.
• A man fighting against a Horror did no damage against it even while having weapons, yet Mikage Jinga (Makai Knight) could
• Enho and Rivera being shot does nothing to them, yet they and stronger Horrors like Sonshi can still be physically hurt by Makai Knights
• A Horror being unaffected by physical weapons, yet being easily defeated by a Makai Knight

Now there are two characters from the verse that are not Makai Knights or Priests but can also harm them, so ill explain.

Ago: A Madogu created by a Makai Priest specifically to hunt Horrors

In short, Makai Knights use their spiritual power to physically hurt the Horrors, their weapons are used to seal them (TLDR: Punch hurt soul)
