  • Leon is in character.
  • Post 2002 Leon.
  • Has access to all his weapons and explosives (Low and High Caliber).
  • Has access to al his Optional Equipment.
Homelander:
  • Homelander is Bloodlusted.
The fight takes place at the Raccoon Police Station. They start 10 meters apart. Equal Speed and SBA for the rest.

I don't think Leon would let himself be attacked by a guy who flies and shoots lasers. So he's not going to start playing with the knife. He'd rather keep his distance and use weapons to reach him.
 
I don't think Leon has a chance to do anything here honestly, at least with unequal speed.
Bloodlusted Homelander would just go straight for Leon with heatvision and theres not much leon can do to defend himself

Now the speed is equal
Leon shouldn't have much trouble dodging Homelander's attacks, as he's less skilled and tends to go in close combat unless he uses heat vision. Most of Leon's weapons couldn't pierce Homelander's durability, at least until he uses explosives which could stun him and also has critical hits, but overall here Leon's main weapon that can damage and kill Homelander is Rocket Launcher

Come to think of it, Leon has plenty of ways to stun Homelander, as besides explosions, his enhanced senses make him much more susceptible to the Flash Grenade.

I don't think it's a stomp but I find it really funny that this is what the main argument I had in my head when you had that point, I can see why you did unequal speed first but if that were the case I'm pretty sure Homelander would just blitz at 10m before Leon could shoot

The speed is already equal, so Homelander doesn't blitz Leon (even though the speed difference was only X2). With the speed equal, Homelander can still use heat vision, but it's obvious that Leon isn't going to tank a heat ray. His priority would be to dodge Homelander's attacks, but as to whether he would attack immediately with his heavy weapons, I don't know.

How slowly would it work? Considering Leon would need to be constantly moving. Although he could stun John as soon as he gets the chance.

Considering that Homelander also has a slight resistance to radiation, and that Leon might not be able to fully charge the P.R.L, it would be a really slow process but quickswitching between the P.R.L and infinite rpg to stun and interrupt Homelander repeatedly could get the job done

The RL in scale is not One Shot?
 
So Homelander one-taps, and has a massive LS advantage, as well as better long-range gear.
Leon is more experienced, skilled, and smarter.
Does Leon have a way to kill, capacitate, or entrap Homelander permanently?
 
Leon in CQC would be in a disadvantage since he can barely damage Homelander, but he shouldn't worry all that much because skill slop, he can dodge attacks from Krauser, a Martial Arts knife specialist who also happens to be stronger and most importantly FASTER than Leon.


Like dodging Homelander's Lasers to him is like the laser room it shouldn't be an issue, he was also able to dodge numerous sneak attacks from the Verdugo as well

erm imgur blocked what the sigma.. uh just look at leon's speed section where he is able to dodge a barrage of attacks from his mutated arm
 
I gonna go with Leon Higher Skill, Higher Intelligence, and Better Weaponry should be enough to put Homie down. Also, Leon's entire career is built on fighting overpowered mindless monsters. Homelander is no different.
