It's interesting that the older a sorcerer gets, the easier it is for them to fall to madness/insanity. Makes the sorcerers that retained their sanity despite their incredibly advanced ages seem rather impressive in terms of mental strength.

keep in mind that Modulo is gonna be short in comparison to JJK

so for them to be around Grade 1 quickly probably helps with the pacing despite the fact that it feels too early to be Grade 1 Imo

Y'all are saying Yuka and Tsurugi reaching Yuta and Maki's level in the short runtime of Modulo is a stretch when Yuta literally went from grade 4 to special grade in 4 chapters

Be serious man. "Grade 4" Yuta had Rika, reverse cursed technique, an insane amount of cursed energy, and a broken cursed technique.
 
Also, I think this chapter kinda proves that these new gen sorcerers are just weaker, they seem very in tune with CE if a HR user can use simple domain by siphoning ce from his cursed tool, that’s actually insane, with that quality of ce manipulation there should be multiple high grade 1 level sorcerers but that clearly isn’t the case. Gojo and his students being gone kind of reset the amount of cursed energy going around back to its normal level(possibly lower since curses are now restricted to Tokyo)

Gojo made strong curses to be more frequent, but what makes a curse strong didn't changed at all.

And don't forget, special grade in current era would take way more since the millitary of the nations are far more powerful

to be fair, kusakabe is considered the strongest grade 1 and nanami and mei mei are considered very strong too lmao

the only "low end" grade 1s we see are like, maybe higuruma statwise? and Ino?
 
Tsurugi been making me more and more proud with each chapter.
I love him and Yuka's team up, it'd be cool if they had a team page for battles

Only Naobito is noteworthy. Naoya got speed I guess but he doesn't have any Striking strength like Nanami or Kusakabe

Yuta was demoted to grade 4 cause he lost Rika which was what made the higher ups classify him as special grade. He wasn't literally grade 4 in terms of stats or anything

I'm talking about him struggling against semi-grade 1 curses to competing with Geto in JJK 0
 
You def did something wrong if a 140 meters domain got a higher result than the 200 meters domain (with some people arguing that the explosion reached up to 390 meters)

Tsurugi has literally shown better abilities than the lady with actual CE manipulation

Also we need feats to leech on, especially for the grade 1 and special grade sorcerers
