Charming Man is odd because he can regenerate via his Stand. He's done so twice, in the newest chapter he managed to heal his sternum being crushed. That's probably why when they split up, Jodio and Paco aren't together, as they're the two combat Stands so one of them has to be in of the two groups to act as a means of offense and defense.

MHS is the top atm but the speed needs to be calced every time, you can't just apply a speed from a diff instance. Fall distance effects the velocity, the strength of gravity effects the velocity, there's a bunch of caveats so every single time needs to be calced separately to avoid calc stacking.

He actually outscales the weakest incarnation of MIH. People using him "keeping up with it" doesn't make sense though because the feat in question doesn't require him to be as fast as MIH or Pucci to do, he effectively just had to finish his manuscripts in like 10 minutes real time, which is something we know he can do anyway.
