Yeah and Chaos would have get the Cosmos treatment and have every power of the other Aspects of her indexed on her profile as well. I'd prefer building up the Chaos Aspects first and then simply transferring specific haxes to Chaos who has comparable less unique hax by herself.
Some hax are shared by multiple Chaos Aspects, like Incorporeality, Darkness Manipulation, etc

What the text means by "replicate" is that she can use the powers of each Sailor Senshi. Because the Cosmos Crystal is made from every existing Sailor Crystal. It is not copying the powers. It has the original powers at its disposal.
For example, she does not copy Sailor Saturn's Void Manipulation. She has the Void Manipulation that Sailor Saturn has been shown to have.

It's a different tier system, so we can't necessarily use their justification here. But Immeasurable speed we have. Is it wrong that I just finished watching the entire Sailor Moon Crystal anime all the way from Season I to Season III in just one month? Lord help me, I never knew that I would get so addicted to a magical girl anime up until now.

So anyhow now I finished watching Sailor Moon Crystal, may I ask where does the entire Solar System level feats come from let alone the Universe level feats? Unless I am watching a different Sailor Moon here from you people, because I have not seen any single planets get destroyed in Sailor Moon, and all of the villains are implying that their abilities caps at sub-planet level no matter how much stronger they become from the previous villains with everyone in the verse getting hurt by sub-planet level attacks.

If we're basing the tiers of verses based on visual on screen feats there would be very little verses that are even Galaxy level.

We don’t just scale on visuals, we include context. Even for Nemesis, its a rocky planet with its own fusion core. And by the end of the arc, it grew to a size large enough to envelope the entire solar system. The light of its destruction was seen from earth despite it being at the end of the solar system.
Then after destroying the planet, Sailor Moon gets an upgrade.
Then in the next arc, we have Sailor Moon’s upgraded form being no selled by henchmen of the death busters.
We are introduced to the tau star system, an alternate dimension, the Tairon crystal which created the tau star system and super sailor moon who is stated to be tens of thousand times stronger than the tairon crystal.
Saturn destroyed the tau star system.

It's not just visual feats that bothers me while watching Sailor Moon Crystal, but rather the villains no matter how strong they get, they all implies that their powers or abilities caps at fixed level; planetary for some particular reasons. It's like we are providing them tiering system beyond their capabilities.

You mean of how Frieza wanting to destroy a planet so badly as a threat when he could have done so much more while in the background when he is not the main focus of the story in Dragon Ball despite being a multiversal character? Silly lizard.

Well because they are on the planet earth, and the villains want to harm the planet.
But they have feats hire than just planetary. And we can easily give examples of the big bads wanting to affect, rule the universe.

Ladies and gentlemen, now not only have I watched all three seasons of Sailor Moon Crystal anime, but I also watched all five Sailor Moon films, all three Sailor Moon specials, and lastly all two Sailor Moon shorts. I just hope that I don't have to either read all eighteen volumes of Sailor Moon manga or watch all five seasons of original Sailor Moon next.
