Figured it could be a fun match. Let's see who comes out on top

Match Conditions:
  • Speed is equalized
  • 47 is bloodlusted, Yu is just in his normal roid-rage state.
  • This is 22 year old Yu on his tren cycle (steroids)
  • They start 10 meters away from each other
  • SBA otherwise
Agent 47 is 767.496 Kilojoules, while Yu is 151 Kilojoules, but reaches 0.015 tons with Monster Stance. Agent 47 has a 5.1x advantage, Yu has an 81x advantage with Monster Stance.

The Boxer -

The Ghost -

FIGHT!

Both decide that it is better if they go together and just kick the snot out of Mikey for fun

Both are bloodlusted
Idk about Yu, but I've never really seen a time when 47 has ever been bloodlusted, so I figure it'd just be 47 being more serious (????). Could be wrong since I've only played WoA.
How far can Yu hear? Since 47 almost always goes for stealth first.

Don't know an exact distance, but the precision of his hearing is very high since he can hear heartbeats from several feet away even as a kid and can hear the sound of the tiny fibers snapping several meters above him, so it's pretty good.

Unless he's specifically able to hear 10 meters, 47 completely disappears from his view, and either pops up when he least expects it, sets up a trap with his remote bombs, or even snipe him from afar by sneaking up to a tall building. Granted, I figure Yu's movement speed would be faster thanks to le speed equal rules already ******* up 47's game, so it won't be too easy to get to his preferable destination without loads of hiding.

I will admit, if caught in direct combat, 9/10 times 47 ain't making it from whatever shit Yu has in his profile, so his stealth is his bread and butter this round. Though, boxer boi still has to get around his regen as well as his LS, since the option for garrotting Yu is still available (not in combat, almost forgor).

I mean if he gets into range Yu is going to hear him either way. It's just a matter of how close he is. And Yu is seeing him moving at basically a snail's crawl so it's not really possible for him to like... disappear without Yu just following him.

Bloodlusted 47 in Central Park, normally, he'd basically no-diff because 47's stealth is STUPID, but Bloodlusted Yu almost certainly opens up with Monster Stance and just blitzes him before he can do a damn thing.

Stomp match.

And for the record, a Bloodlusted 47 would just no longer care about non-target casualties. It doesn't change much but it's subtle.

Also, your tag for 47 is off, there's no profile called "Agent 47 (Hitman)"

Well, no, he's been bloodlusted in story in never opens up with Monster Stance. It's more so something he uses to finish off his opponent even when he's aiming to kill. He would open up with Monster Stance if his analysis stuff tells him that he really needs to. And again, he really can't disappear from Yu's sight, Yu is seeing him at a snail's crawl, unless it's some supernatural ability it is physically impossible for him to disappear to a place where Yu cannot see and track him unless he just runs miles away and snipes.

Isn't Agent 47 a comp humanity version in anything intel related as well as martial arts?

Out of curiosity

No he'd straight up open with it. Induced Bloodlust means the character will do anything to eliminate the opponent as fast as possible. For a character like Yu, that means going Monster Stance.

47 goes behind a tree once and Yu never sees him again. That is where 47's stealth is at, unlike of course you want to show me Yu tracking someone who's stealth is busted enough that a guy who's inferior to him broke into the Illuminati's headquarters with all of the most advanced security systems, including cameras, none of which were turned off by the way, opened a vault, stole enough information to fill a dozen War and Peace novels let alone someone's hands, and it was only discovered this happened after said vault was checked on.

47's just gonna shoot him from stealth with a sniper rifle or blow him up because his ass got predicted for following Agent 47 and blown up with C4. Or a dozen other explosives including what looks like rubber ducks.

Yes, but Yu is just like... better. Skill, limited dura neg, speed(which isn't allowed for him to win with and have it added cause he's the naturally slower character)

Fair fair
I suppose I could pull funny stuff like if you get an Elusive Target or a Freelance target on Isle of Sqail and you wipe the entire map an army of knights spawns to try to kill you, and you can solo them, but that's a very extreme circumstance.

Well I'll just remove the bloodlust for Yu, then. Only 47 is bloodlusted, Yu is just in his roid-rage state.

The fact that he was able to do that insinuates that there are gaps in the security that can be exploited to slip past, no matter how minute. That system simply wasn't infallible. Yu's perception also isn't infallible, but in this situation, you would need feats of being able to disappear from sight from someone who sees you as frozen and will basically be seeing every movement you make in hyper realistic detai beyond even a camera. Yu's perception can literally let him see through 47's nerves. Unless he's Batman or something, how exactly is he going to avoid Yu's sight?

He doesn't have any prep time so he's going to need to set those up without Yu knowing or hearing him, and Yu can hear your heartbeat.

He's basically Batman. Did I mention he beat an army of stronger clones of himself including his Instinct abilities which allows him to see people through solid matter? The only proper match to make for 47 is one that forces a fight, and he ******* loses to Yu in a straight up fight it's not even difficult for the boxer.

Good thing he does things like that silently in the first place. Occaisonally in front of armed guards. Or clones of himself.

I meant like, Yu will hear where he is while he's setting up, not that he will hear specifically what he is setting up. He can't hide the sound of his biological functions. Yu will know where he is and that he's doing something, but he won't know what.

Both gets blitzed and one shot by him btw

As far as I can tell by 47's stealth, this is kinda unfair by Yu's favor, but forcing 47 to h2h combat with location limitations, battle rules etc. would be a stomp in Yu's favor. This lowk looks like a mismatch but if the OP can find the middle ground it'd be a fun matchup.

You can do either in the level and we don't have a full canon explanation for what happened other than Ort-Meyer died, so... Y E S.

All he'll know is something just got dropped, and he'll likely be seeing a rubber ducky. That then explodes as soon as he gets too close because 47 has remote detonators.

What's the range of his hearing?
Even normal humans can hear hundreds of meters, depending on the frequency, and he can hear the sounds of tiny threads snapping from the ceiling of his boxing gym, so his precise hearing probably still functions at over 10 meters. '

Impressive, but Yu's still going to know where he's going. Even if he can't visually track 47 with his eyes, even laying eyes on him for a second will immediately let him predict 47's decisions and just know where he went even if he just happens to disappear. There's also still the issue of him actually needing to MAKE the physical movements required to sneak, which Yu is seeing at a snail's crawl, which is also even higher because his roids boost his perception much further.

Again, unless he can turn off his heartbeat, it doesn't matter how good his stealth is. Yu will always know his approximate location unless he just dies. Yu would also know it's an explosive since he can see through stuff like clothing and skin, so he'd just not get near it and use a pseudo-Monster Stance to blitz out of the effective range.

For something like 47 dropping something, because 47's footsteps are entirely silent.

He could certainly try once 47 is out of sight, espeically since 47 can see him through walls and predict him that way.

He technically has the ability to slow his heartrate to the point it doesn't even matter similar to actual people IRL, but even then those duckies look completely normal inside and out, the materials used in their creation are just far different... and I don't think Yu can see molecules.

Essentially, unless you can tell the difference between normal plastic and a chunk of colored C4 molded into a shape of a duck, you aren't identifying those duckies.

It doesn't even need to be a footstep, anything he does that makes a sound even if it's minute will set Yu off. It doesn't even need to come from him, it could be from his equipment.

Yu is resistant to analytical prediction and his own prediction is always getting better without him even trying, so he will always be a step ahead in terms of analytics.

Either way, Yu's not a moron. If he hears something get dropped and just saw his opponent disappear (he wouldn't since 47's a statue to him, but hypothetically) then he's not going to be a dumbass and get near it. And while technically not on the profile because I forgot it, he has a danger sense better than Jean who could sense that Yu's Monster Stance would kill him if he went in despite the fact the stance is very irregular and left Yu completely open, making most think it was for show. So he just wouldn't approach it because his intuition tells him "if you go in you'll die."

It doesn't even need to be a footstep, anything he does that makes a sound even if it's
Let me reiterate: 47 can act as if he's dead to trained professionals. He makes zero sound if he doesn't want to make any sound. Which is most of the time.
Yu is resistant to analytical prediction and his own prediction is always getting better without him even trying, so he will always be a step ahead in terms of analytics.
Which he will only get a bit from 47. all 47 Needs to do is look through the wall and time accordingly. Or just batman his way away.

Funnily enough, that's what the Constant thought too. Twice. Unless you can bring be proof of Yu having the ability to deal with Stealth even half as busted as 47's, then he's not tracking the man.

Fair enough

And Yu is the greatest professional in history without putting in any effort. Unless he literally is dead, Yu will hear him. These people you are bringing up are nothing in comparison to Yu. It's like comparing an ant to a mountain.

Thought what? Please actually complete your thoughts, I don't know what you're talking about. It's also not my job to prove for you that 47 can literally make zero sound in every possible scenario, especially when Yu can literally hear his blood flowing and his heart beating from afar. It's not even a matter of stealth, it's a matter of the fact that he's a living creature.

Check 47's pulse, you'll find none. Check his breathing, and you won't feel anything. Scan him with any modern scanner and it'll say he's dead. I haven't seen any proof Yu can outperform this stuff with someone half as capable as 47.

(Also, quick reminder, if Yu wins this match can't be added as per Versus Thread Rules on Speed Equalization: "Any speed equalized match, in which a major reason a character loses is due to having a disadvantage against some speed value they usually wouldn't have a disadvantage against, may not be added to profiles." ...One of the main arguments for Yu winning is his Subsonic looking ass perception blitzing a Supersonic+ character due to Speed Equal. Which he does since 47 has no amps.)
A bit of what?
Information. He'll know where 47's going, and little else. By the time a minute has elapsed he'll have no idea what 47 is doing or where he is.
Thought what? Please actually complete your thoughts, I don't know what you're talking about.
That he's not a moron, of course! That he can't be deceived.

Now do this from 100 meters out. Or even 50.

Regardless, I'd pin the entire match as one big Incon, can't really be bothered to debate for eternity on this one since this is not the day I want to frustrate myself with an ongoing debate. This is a vote for Incon, BTW.

I mean, if you're gonna basically concede, I may as well just vote Yu. Still haven't been given an argument that proves Yu isn't tracking him. 🤷‍♂️

I mean hey, if you want to vote go ahead, just remember if Yu wins it can't be added to profiles. Not everyone wants to Stamina debate for the next week, let alone me.

The Holy Gospel of dipshittery: the Versus Thread Rules page.

Damn. Will add it anyways and see if anyone notices.

Would changing the location make it less of a mismatch?

Would changing the location make it less of a mismatch?
To be honest the primary problems with the match are just how the characters interact with eachother, if Yu didn't completely and utterly shitstomp 47 in melee and just dodge his guns with little effort I'd just tell you to put them in the Roman Colloseum, but Yu is just straight up too much for Agent 47 to take in a straight up fight run back a million times.

47 is composite martial arts and whatnot yeah, but that doesn't mean he's necessarily more skilled than Yu, just that he's more versatile. Which was never in question to begin with.

Essentially, no matter where you put it one of two things happens: 47 sneaks off, gets tracked a little, and has a 50/50 shot at actually capping Yu, or 47 can't sneak off and Yu beats him to death with little effort.
