Black Widow, Yelena, and Hawkeye should be downscaled from Super Soldiers and upgraded to 8-C.

All feats are listed below:
Black Widow, Yelena, and Hawkeye may be weaker than the Super Soldiers, but as seen here, they are still strong enough to stand up to them. Therefore, they and those scale to them should be downscale from the Super Soldiers and upgraded to 8-C.

peak humans are flat out said to be incomparable and useless next to a super soldier in thunderbolts and calls it silly and they only do scenes like that because it looks cool

you don’t understand the concept or narrative of what a super soldier is supposed be

Any humans keeping up is PIS or Skill like we have people from different films flat out admitting they look to nerfing characters physically in order to progress the story you also aren’t going to have super soldiers flat out punching through and tearing people apart because it’s rating

Quicksilver isn't constantly Tier 8. The nature of his powers has him vary. He isn't a good character to use for scaling here

I think this is just meant to hype up how well she fights despite not having powers. Nothing with any implications of scaling

Winter Soldier wasn't hurt at all here. He no-sold all of these attacks

Widow was being carried by weaponry stronger/more durable than herself here
  • At best, this is an anti-feat for Taskmaster, though given how Taskmaster was easily stomping Black Widow, I seriously doubt the 88% thing holds weight
  • These other feats are honestly mostly alright for Widow's stamina. These hits had her on the edge of death

  • John pretty much ate these attacks with no issue before sending her flying away with a pretty casual attack. Not a great basis for scaling
  • Being sent to kill someone is only good for scaling if the context implies that the person being sent was absolutely necessary to beat them. If anything, they were just aware that Yelena was very skilled and a slippery opponent, so they sent a super soldier because he's much stronger than her
  • Being thrown by someone is rarely AP/Durability scalable. Depends on the context. This is purely LS based on the scene
  • Ghost is 9-A...

None of these are strong enough evidence for downscaling. Super-Soldiers are consistently portrayed as being much stronger than the "Peak Human" tier characters in the MCU. The Peak Human tier guys even flat out address they're nowhere near as strong as Super-Soldier tiered characters. Most of the time, they're only able to sorta keep up due to their skills (and even then, a good number of 8-C characters like Cap, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Winter Soldier, and Taskmaster are still much more skilled and are cooking them up without any trouble. Hell, Falcon [9-A] and Bucky [8-C] as a team were getting skillstomped by an early Spider-Man)

I disagree with the revision strongly

Quicksilver's attack potency varies, so he probably wasn't hitting them with as much force as he was against Captain America
That doesn't really mean anything
Yeah, and Proxima defeated them & would've killed both of them had Wanda not helped

I think at most you can use this for a really good skill feat, since Black Widow could hold her own against someone so much stronger than her
Yeah, and then she proceeds to get helplessly overpowered & do litteraly nothing to him after multiple elbow strikes. Those types of downward elbow strikes used to be illigal in UFC because of how dangerous they are, but Natasha doing multiple straight to the top of Bucky's head was completely ignored
That definetly doesn't seem like it was full force. That scene also shows Bucky tossing Black Widow like a piece of trash while from a poor position. Not great support for her being comparable to him if he can throw her around so easily
This would be decent, but there's 1 problem with it. What does "88% threat" mean? Does Nat have an 88% chance of winning? Is there an 88% chance she'd put up a good fight? Is she 88% the skill of Taskmaster? 88% the strength of Taskmaster? 88% chance she gets away? Does Nat's connection with the Avengers impact this at all? What about the fact that she's a fugitive?

Unless you can tell us what 88% threat means, then this means nothing. Plus, Taskmaster proceeds to no-diff her moments later
Litteraly moments prior in that clip Black Widow was completely pinned & unable to move. That punch also launches Nat an insane distance and clearly puts her down for a bit. This entire scene is meant to show that Taskmaster can demolish Black Widow in a fight, not that Black Widow is anywhere comparable to her
Black Widow, Yelena, and Hawkeye may be weaker than the Super Soldiers, but as seen here, they are still strong enough to stand up to them. Therefore, they and those scale to them should be downscale from the Super Soldiers and upgraded to 8-C.
All of these are from the same fight, so I'm going to cover all of them at once

This is probably the best evidence for your claim, but much like many of the other scans here, many of these scenes are instantly followed up with the peak humans getting completely ragdolled

In this one fight, we see:
And probably more in the rest of the movie that I'm blanking on. Now yes, there are scenes instances where they somewhat trade blows, but I'm willing to bet this is just PIS. It happens because the directors wanted a cool fight scene between these characters. Your general audience really doesn't think too deeply about powerscaling, so doing something like this really isn't that obsurd, and has even happened in past MCU movies. Mark 7 Iron Man legit held his own against Pre-Awakening Thor. Captain America withstood a unibeam from Mark 45 Iron Man during their brief scuffle. This type of stuff happens because writers usually don't think that deeply about powerscaling, and will sacrifice consistant powerscaling for an entertaining scene. Throughout the rest of the MCU & the rest of the movie, super soldiers are shown to be significantly stronger than peak humans time and time again.

I think at most you could make a great skill arguement for Ghost & Yelena, as they were able to hold their own against characters drastically stronger than them, which is very impressive skillwise. Being able to make up for a huge strength difference by skill alone is a very good feat & would make them a nightmare against anyone their tier in a VS Match

This entire arguement also ignores Falcon & The Winter Soldier, which by itself debunks this entire CRT since that show is filled to the brim with peak humans getting no-diffed by super soldiers, and needing to use 8-C weaponry to even stand a chance. There's also the fact that there's a direct statement in a guidebook saying that super soldiers are 10x as strong as peak humans (Base Crossbones is scalable to Falcon, while Crossbones with the gauntlet harmed Captain America)

Furthermore, we can look at this from a narrative point of view. The super soldier serum is supposed to be a HUGE increase to strength. That's why it's so valuble in the MCU, and why everyone and their grandma's dog was trying to remake it. It could buff even peak humans like John Walker into unstopable superhumans. And other substances with simular effects such as the Heart-Shaped Herb are given the same amount of praise & value. It would make no sense for the world to be so obsessed with this syrum if it only gave peak humans a tiny bump in strength

No worries, you're good (y)

This is an EXCELLENT point. If people who weren't all that weaker than Super-Soldiers (as the OP is suggesting), then the Super-Soldier Serum wouldn't be such a hot topic. It's not as if Black Widow and Hawkeye are super niche figures to anyone after the serum

I'd also like to back up what ThePrimalHunter says about other substances that scale to Super-Soldier 8-C and are hyped up:
  • Luke Cage's second bath made him so strong that he could no-sell Judas Bullets, which previously pierced him with ease and were made from the same Chitauri metal that tanked blasts which harmed Captain America. Both the strength of the Judas Bullets and Luke's newfound strength are HEAVILY hyped up in the show. Note that even prior to the second bath, Jessica Jones (who upscales Peak Humans in the MCU) stated that Luke was stronger than her, meaning that early on he upscaled someone who already upscaled the Peak Human 9-A value. This also casts a TON of doubt on Peak Human tiers being 8-C
  • Bushmaster's Nightshade dosages allowed him to throw hands with Luke Cage. Characters even express surprise at this and address how shocking it is that Bushmaster can harm Luke with physical blows alone

By the way, for proof that even regular people can potentially box with Super Soldier tier characters given the right kind of melee weapons, look no further than Shocker in Homecoming. I'm not counting Vulture because that ************ is basically wearing power armor.

  • Shocker used Crossbones’ revised Gauntlets
  • Vulture was completely carried by tech which explains how he could harm Spider-Man (even then, Spider-Man was holding back in the final battle)
Like you said, these guys have excuses. Widow and Clint don’t

I don't agree with this scaling for the reasons mentioned multiple times above. Ghost getting a key scaling to Super Soldiers was proposed in this CRT that's still in progress, but while I think that CRT has merit, it doesn't help the argument in this CRT, as the proposed key only applies post-Ant-Man and the Wasp, and I don't think there's enough evidence to convince me that Yelena scales to current Ghost. Yelena only knocked down Ghost by blindsiding her while she was focused on Taskmaster, and the kick Yelena received was accompanied by a warning to stay out of the way, which makes it seem like Ghost wasn't interested in killing Yelena unless she had to.

Ghost is flat out stated in thunderbolts to not be super soldier tier either
