Funny thing is he specifically lied to Drake about wanting to kill Queen who's the only lead performer that isn't a minority in any way
It's like he couldn't bring himself to team up with Jack or King to jump Drake no matter what
Although, Queen does have far more ways to beat someone up than most other characters in the verse. I mean, seriously, that dude is CRAZY versatile.

Jack was NOT killing Drake in the middle of a war without him getting away, and King wasn't willing to associate himself with the like of Who's-Who

Eh I don't think Jack is meant to be that far behind Queen and King, there's an obvious hierarchy between them but the gap in their bounties is pretty small and iirc the playing cards they're named after are all equal or very close to eachother in order
Oda is just a hack so he doesn't give characters like Jack or Koby feats. Doesn't change the fact they're still fairly strong.

If we're scaling off card names, the level of superiority Queen has over Jack should be the same between King and Ace.

Ace isn't a beast pirate
Koby has one feat so far
His portrayal can carry him to YC3 level or something like that but I'm not putting him above that until he does more
That's not me slandering him either as he'll probably surpass Prime Garp when the Straw Hats fight the BBP imo (he'll either defeat Kuzan or help Luffy take down Teach to parallel Garp and Roger jumping Rocks). I just want more feats from him.
Tbh if Oda did what he did with Lucci for Koby where he explains that he beat up and arrested a couple level 6 escapees that'd have been rad.

Reminds me of this one-shot fanfic I read where Kaido saves Ace solely because he thinks Ace knocked Yamato up.

Turns out he didn't and it was just a bunch of misunderstood circumstances (Yamato took a break from training and ate a bunch of sweets so she got a bit chubby and got sick due to eating a cupcake Queen wanted to give to King as a prank to make him sick)

Typical Toei trying to make any non-swordsman character look bad. Franky would never actually get sent flying by trash like Bastille.
But what can I expect from the company that gave Aramaki a white blade and has consistently slandered Sanji and the Admirals for decades
 
I actually do wish that Oda had treated Sanji more like the live-action Netflix version of the character, as the manga/anime version is a mixture of being extremely noble and heroic... and incredibly embarrassing. Oh well. 🙏
 
Question: Why does Mihawk just have a solid 5-B rating instead of 5-C/Low 5-B? He never showed anything to put him above the Yonko, Roger etc, just "rival" them

Mihawk is being scaled to be at least as strong as Shanks with Conquerer's Haki who is being scaled to Gear 5 Luffy with Conquerer's haki.
 
Besides them clowning him in some powerscaling related contexts, I do really hate some of the pervert gags as they even go as far back as Thriller Bark (his motivation to beat Absalom, besides Absalom just being pure scum, was really disgusting), but at the same time it's kind of a gag/trope that's embedded in manga/anime culture. Master Roshi, while still a good character, was also like that, for example. I wouldn't say it's Sanji's fault specifically (although it could never be his fault as he's just a character but ykwim) as much as it is the fault of the people who normalized that trend.

Iirc Conq Haki is as strong as the user is. Mihawk, being above Shanks, should automatically have better Conq Haki. How much better is up to you, though, I personally still think he's only slightly above Shanks.

Although, just because Shanks' Conquerer's Haki infusion is likely stronger than Luffy's Conquerer's Haki infusion, that doesn't necessarily imply that Shanks' attacks are definitely stronger than Luffy's. There's still Luffy's base strength, Devil Fruit powers and Armament Haki to take into account.
