No, the statements you brought say nothing about it, just what it happened, that on that day with that scenario, Yoda was overwhelmed by Palpatine.
Nothing, either what I showed or what you showed, counters that in the other matters Palpatine was being bested/making more effort than what he thought, besting Yoda when he changed the scenario to something that overwhelmed him.
Claims that he was stronger and proved too much for Yoda aren't wrong, they're looking at what ended up happening. What I'm claiming is that if this scenario wasn't possible, Yoda could beat Palpatine.
Let's say we have an MMA match, 1v1. Both know Boxing and Muay Thay, and fighter 1 is having an upper hand in both, cornering fighter 2. But then fighter 2 performs a Kung-fu move that ended up K.O.'ing fighter 1.
If fighter 2 couldn't perform the Kung-fu move, wouldn't we be more inclined to say that fighter 1 could have the win?

Basically, the Mandalorian gear page is a small redesign of Boba Fett's profile.
I removed the word "standard" because there are some Mandalorians who are exceptions. Sabrine didn't have the vambraces (she only received them later). So, as you can see in the revamped BF P&A, I indicated what gear he has.
I also did a small redesign of the BF P&A profile.
I hope this helps you with your future revisions. Let me know what you think.
I'm not sure if I should immediately discuss the 8-A scale for gear (starting with the Jedi) in this CRT or leave it for when you make the CRT. What do you prefer?

The only note is that you misspelled "beskar" as "besker" once, and that the helmet has also a tracker for heat signatures and long range audio.
The model that I used for Mando (my sandbox) works the best because we can use both your idea (of specifying what said character has, if not all of what the page says) and list the equipments that are exclusive for them too
Just saying "mandalorian equipment" and list later can make things a bit uglier-than-it-could-be if we separate
Creating the standard page has basically created 40~60% of the PnA of the Mandalorians I think of creating the pages, I am only grateful and think the feedback above is of great help imo.
You basically did 100% of the work, make the CRTs however you prefer

It's just a small adjustment to the equipment next to the page link, just for the exceptions, it's not much.
In its own way, it would kind of make the page unusable, and respectfully, I prefer it that way.
Honestly, I thought better of it and I don't want to deal with stats, especially now that Chariot intends to do calculations for Vader and release a crt for supporters to decide the scale (something I obviously won't participate in).

Shall we put it normally? Like, Sabine has shields on her Vambrace. So in her profile, I would normally index that she has that. The same way I mention in Boba's Q&A that he has blasters and rockets on his Vambrace.

I was researching some stuff about Force Lightning and so on, and man, Palpatine is either an idiot or a crazy Force Lightning fanboy.
He knows full well that lightsabers absorb/reflect Force Lightning, and yet he tries to kill Rey with it while she blocks it with a lightsaber.
It would be much easier if the guy just stopped doing that and used TK to take Rey's lightsabers.

In one of the new comics revealed that the process that brought him back had an unexpected defect, which limited his control of the force. This also why he was decaying so badly.
Lol but seriously, I can guarantee the writers didn't think it through. I'm sure they realized at some point when they blended the drafts together, they didn't have a believable way for the heroes to beat Palpatine, so they killed 99% of his brain cells so he could lose. Lol, this is the same movie that put plot points into Fortnite instead of the actual film.
