Question about Binah (specifically sephirah binah)

Most of her match have her saying she wins because of chain and lock. But I've never seen her use that during her suppression in lobotomy corporation. Hell she didn't even feel the need to do that against Kali when she fought against her (ig she was overconfident back then). Please I would like some confirmation about this.

Gameplay wise, being able to use Chain and Lock on such a wide scale would make her unbeatable.

Kali was barely hanging while Binah was still alive. If she had used it against Kali she would have lost no?

I don't see the logic behind Kali not being dead = Binah not using Chain and Lock. The Kali recreation in LoR can block/deflect Chain and Lock for god sake.
