If Mai had a profile would she have Human level AP physically, or Street level scaling to Nobara

I mean it's Mai's Rubber Bullets > Goodwill Nobara > Momo, so it's scaling far higher than 3.204kJ
If Mai is already scaling to Street level physically cause Grade 3 sorcerer her rubber bullets would be listed as far higher

Wouldn't that be inconsistent since No CE Yuji>Everyone with no-CE including Pre-Awakened Maki and Maki>Most of the non grade-1s?

Pre-Awakening Maki is inferior but still comparable to CE-less Yuji in physical capabilities
I don't see why her being stronger than those who are 80% of Yuji's CE-less physicals would cause inconsistencies
Mai is able to take a hit from Maki too so it's not like there's a one-shot gap between them like current scaling would suggest

Seems like Kenjaku strengthened Yuji in CE rather than physically since he adjusted his brain for sorcery

Kenjaku didn't strengthen Yuji here... Kenjaku's strengthening of Yuji came from birth when he sealed a finger into Yuji to ensure his strength as a vessel.
He used IT here to strengthen people who had ingested cursed objects the same way Yuji had, to give them strength as a vessel.
