Generally we cant do rounds for matchups as it makes it hard to add to profiles. also the only keys of these charcters that could possibly fight based on tiers (i havent looked at hax or exact ap values so this could still be a mistmatch.) is Base mewtoo. Any other key it would be an insane giga stomp just based off ap value alone.

Starkiller is one of the usable ones. It's tiering that's wrong RN.
