So.. In the Special Ki page, especially the evil aura section, we have this:

• Corruption (Type 1) & Madness Manipulation (Type 2; The signature ability of the power. As the name implies, it can corrupt people, snap their mind, fill their hearts with evil and turn them into rampaging and animalistic people. It is able to affect beings like Son Goku) who is pure of heart and has God Ki which can resist the similar effects from Dark Ki, the same thing happened to Vegeta) who also has God Ki)

I think this should also explicitly involve Empathic manipulation, As it can enable the user to seemingly affect and amplify negative emotions of anyone it touches, turning them into rampaging monster, driving entities toward chaotic, violent and animalistic behavior.
