The issue is that theres alot to consider.
1) do we consider inverse or crossverse?
2) do we consider only canon material and not non canon stuff like Jorge Joestar?
3) do we consider every part or stuff like only stands?
etc
If I had to guess my top ten it would be
1) GER Giorno
2) Wonder Of U
3) TA4 Johnny Joestar
4) Love Train D4C Funny Valentine
5) MIH pucci
6) Ultimate Kars
7) High DIO (Interchangeable)
8) Prime Jotaro (Interchangeable)
9) Gappy (Go Beyond) (Interchangeable)
10) Diavolo (not sure hes just a guess for top 10

Notes for my guesses
1) Ultimate Kars always felt like a top 5 because he felt like a character where hes like the obstacle for being top 4 due to him boasting the best physical stats and having insane quantity of abilities
2) I put interchangeable on DIO, Jotaro and Gappy due to the fact that Gappy is inferior in stats but Go Beyond and his other abilities could **** up both Jotaro and DIO. Issue is that if either two lock in hes cooked (inferior dura and speed does that) but for DIO he kinda does get arrogant at times so he could fumble, Jotaro is a simple man with a simple stand that hits like a truck
3) Im not sure on the exact conditions that happen if GER and WOU clash but both are top 2 Imo
4) I put Diavolo at #10 because hes physically a strong stand user but its also cause he seems to have always gone for the kill so I think KC with that mentality just makes him a decent contender
5) I would argue for Jonathan since he has Dura neg alongside actually good physicals but the pillar men and Prime Joseph do it at a bigger level alongside Joseph not being as straightforward to fight as Jonathan.
6) please know that top 10's in JJBA is not as simple as other mangas due to the nature of the fights not being as simple. Abilities, knowledge, etc is key to winning most fights alongside other stuff that makes it hard. I think I have a reasonable list but I dont think Im correct due to how the fights and powersystems work

Tho tbh, it's like, Top 10 in what? Like raw power, technicality, cross verse, etc. Like something like BTD is stupidly insane on paper, dude literally blows up the ******* universe, but in function it's broken but has a bunch of caveats that limit it heavily to where in a normal fight, something like Cream would negdiff it.

Cream could honestly beat Kira if Kira doesnt really instantly figure out creams gimmick and dodges (which likely will be impossible since Cream is like MFTL right?)
Additionally Kiras kit is really good bro just really isnt a good fighter, hes more of a assassin in the sense that he doesnt really go for combat

Honestly if we are being frank
if we did a player controlling Kira kind of situation Kira could go really far since his kit is that Good
- KQ has decent stats but has insane oneshot via first bomb
- Small things like objects are instantly deadly/fatal so if the player chooses to go full rex splode that is a route for combat
- Sheer Heart Attack is kind of insane since it can critically damage people like Pt4 Jotaro (which I think is just inferior in Time Stop and a bit in stats, correct me if Im wrong) it just has a simple weakness
- BTD is niche but it can work
- Optional - if Kira gets stray cat its also another good attack since the bubble is hard to see
If you give Kira the soul of King Von he might go well until he fights someone massively faster than him or with superior hax

Green, Green Grass of Home is pretty strong, it's basically Infinity + EE if you get to close.
Cream is also good, Deconstruction+BFR+Void Manip.
I can name 20 goons who maul Josuke with Go Beyond, bro needs to come back and show he can actually use it, atm it has so many caveats it's basically like a mini Cream he can't aim with bad AOE.
But long sustained flight isn't how fast he's gonna kill someone right off the bat or direct combat speed, which is MFTL.
Cream is also good, Deconstruction+BFR+Void Manip.
Cream is MFTL and MFTL in bursts, but the movement speed isn't outside of quick bursts. It's like, over 40kmh (faster than a car, faster than pol/iggy who are over 40kmh based on 3 diff feats/statements, I could prob calc the anime shots and get subsonic tho).

BTD is impressive with a lil bit of set up, it works even via attempting to write it down. Give him an hour of prep to grab a random civ, and tell them "hey say my name outloud" or "attempt to write my name", he basically guarantees a win given he'd go back in time, his foes fated to die, and he never has to engage plus he keeps the memory of the first reset so he can just wait and then undo it.

Go Beyond is functionally a mini cream that Josuke can't aim.
If you're like 5m away or moving, he ain't hitting you.
It isn't that broken, Cream in function is that x100, same with TA4, BB, and basically any hax Stand.
The only thing it has is that it has a fuckton of resistances and can't really be stopped or negated, but the same applies to other Spin hax, except those don't have the caveat of "move 5ft to the left".
Josuke's standard bubble is actively a more viable offense option in 90% of cases tbh.

D4C is broken imo cuz messing around with timelines can do many many things, Ball Breaker likely bypassing it makes them tie, as I see it
It is definetely not perfect but I'm very sure the list goes more or less like I brought

Cream is 20x bigger, stronger/faster, can protect the host, is constant and doesn't need a huge wind up that leaves it vulnerable or on "cooldown", can fly, can't be sensed via multiple methods so dodging it is almost impossible, etc.
The gap between Cream and The Hand, is like the gap between Fun Fun Fun and Justice

Time Stop doesn't really do much when you can just tank every attack. With how short their time abilities are, there isn't really anything they could set up effectively to stop him.

Like Pucci, Valentine, Johnny, Toru and Giorno have ways of dealing with Kars. As good as the time stopping stands are, they generally dont have the way to actually put down kars even with people like DIO. The only person with time manip whos not pucci that I can see beat him is Kira funny enough since first bomb should be able to destroy him but Kira is not top 10

The "Man" itself is a naked singularity that can exist infinitely within space-time simultaneously (so a bunch can show up at once, not because there's a lot, but because it can exist everywhere throughout time-space, kinda like how a fucktillion Celebi's show up in the Celebi movie).
The reason it looks like a man is just a illusion due to the warping of gravity, it's actually just a ******* black hole.
It's a naked singularity, ie, a black hole, so, ya know, black hole stuff (hence the name Spaghetti Man, called that by the Speedwagon Foundation due to the objects found near locales it was that have undergone spaghettification).
Rohan calls it infinitely dense, it has gravity shit, time-space hax, can time travel as mentioned and thus can retroactively show up in the past to stalk victims, it stalks and encloses in on those who try to learn about it (Rohan being the only person to survive an encounter).
It's essentially a time traveling black hole that can exist everywhere and anywhere at anytime.
But that isn't why it gets glazed, because in actuality, that is just a "lure", and are used by a higher dimensional monster that exists in one of the 10 or more countless higher dimensions as explained in super string theory, with these "men" acting as lures to draw in humans, likened to if it was a fisherman standing above the water, and the lower dimension being the pond and humans fish, and all these lures even are, are just it using its abilities and basically running an "automated computer script" to hunt humans.
