After I take a nap, what I have in mind is adding some more depth to the summary, fixing the grammar throughout, leaving only the relevant feats in the tier section while moving the rest to a separate feats section and fleshing out the justifications a bit more while making everything else look neat.

Its very clear they are going for the highest ends only as lower ends of these events aren't nearly that high (like a 7-C tornado would actually be on the highest end) and for like only with the highest value one do they divide by a timeframe yet the others they don't so they can keep them all in the same range.
So outside if them doing some stuff a non calc goon wouldn't question they also don't even follow the sources ignoring context like both the tornado and the hurricane values are for how much energy they release in their full lifetime or in the hurricanes case every 20 minutes which is still on the high end of the spectrum going by other sources such as this that give us High 7-C for a full day's worth of energy.
I could go on longer but yeah this just doesn't work

That user does have missed non-stat information on their profiles there (though Lex should stay high-level EOG rather than SG), some of which I've added up on Supes' sandbox (additional scans for x-ray vision, another temperature-resistance justification and one for electricity).

Im not at home to do it but regen should probably actually be High low instead since I believe Superman did have some organ damage in the beginning not just broken bones

I personally wouldn't use it since it was cut from the final releaseWonder if this could amplify his heat resistance (a comment points out that his painful screaming came from bones getting put back into place).

For the speed section, does superman have a feat of combat during flight?

Microsecond perceptions is MHS already and he can instantly go from Metropolis to the farm in smallville in "seconds" so he'd still have to react, otherwise enginner and Ultraman can catch up to him in flight and attack him while gaining (engineer herself having MHS flight), and Superman did a lot of flying combat against Ultraman.
The speed section is basically fine as is

I would definitely hold off on that, at least until the movie comes out on digital and we can get HD scans/clips.

I've cleaned it up. I decided not to add a feats section, since I normally rely on Imgur scans and that felt too tedious. Instead, I organized everything neatly into the appropriate categories and hope it still looks good. I also added his standard tactics and in the future I'll include notable attacks and techniques by linking official movie clips to make the profile even better.

5 second gifs def ok and fall under fair use. Just don't post the whole movie or whole scenes. Shit like Supes using heat vision and throwing it in the NAT is completely fine.

the issue is even if every film around supergirl under performs they are going to still take theater screens away from the film. but stuff like moana and minions are four quadrant films which will cut the legs of the film (minions and despecibale me franchises are absolute juggernauts, both of their latest installments grossed just shy of a billion), and toy story is a heavy domestic pull, so its likely to do still extremely well in its second week when supergirl debuts.
