3rd is admittedly better than the other two, but its still for a character that appeared for 1 episode (pretty much), got these powers at the very end of the episode with no combat feats, and all he really did was box against Stan.
I mean it seems passable? But it feels a little too irrelevant. At the same time, the verse feels pretty dead and barren so anything is better than nothing

It's extremely outdated with almost no scans, justifications or references. No supporter wants to update his profile, as well as him being what can be considered a "composite Power Ranger" so we need to index every Ranger before we actually can complete this profile.
