Minor speed upgrade for Final Fantasy Tactics (maybe?)

Maybe I should have asked for more input for this... But eh, whatever. Well, essentially, from Chapter 2 onwards there is a weapon called the Lightning Bow which is described to fire arrows at the speed of lightning. All units can dodge, block and even catch these arrows rather casually, even from point blank during the heat of battle, even regular enemies. So they can essentially avoid a Lightning speed attack without major issue. This kinda lines up with dodging lightning proper in Chapter 1 and before a mayor speed bump in Chapter 3 onwards.

Given it's possible to dodge an arrow fired at point blank and with minimal movement I thought the average accepted lightning speed of 4.4×105 m/s (Mach 1282.798834) could be used. This would apply to the Chapter 2 key of character which currently sits at Subsonic+ due to upscaling from Chapter 1 where they scale to dodging the Thunder spell, now becoming Massively Hypersonic+.

I'd have to calc dodging and blocking it but yeah its pretty blatantly saying they shoot it directly at lightning speed

yeah ya can't just scale someone to the speed of x thing for dodging at point blank
Ah, darnit, my bad. Given the calc in the Lightning Feats page uses distance moved and the distance the lightning comes from, I assumed wrong.
