I think it's more so just Scott not necessarily planning things like this, more so FNAF as a franchise had always been Scott being "this looks cool" and doing it. And ofc, being limited by games as a medium.
Like, if you look at FNAF 1 nowadays and see how much supernatural less they are portrayed compared to stuff like the movie and TWB, you could see how Scott ideas of supernatural stuff evolved.

The Week Before i kinda give a pass just based off the fact that's like 100% confirmed to be a book apart of the game timeline. The contradictions hurts me less than the contradiction of using another continuity for stuff.

I lowkey wish Scott would do something to expand on remnant and emotional energy in the games continuity, rn it’s all in frights and tales hell, which nobody other than theorists and powerscalers read cuz let’s be real who gives a **** about Sea Bonnies, Fazgoo, and Springtrap mpreg (IN THE FLESH IS THE BEST BOOK ON THE EARTH!!!). Like, Agony isn’t even mentioned or shown at all in games or other in continuity material, greatly alienating casual fans and non fans from trying to learn the lore (and powerscale)

I feel like it would be best to make the blob it’s own profile due to the amount of characters in it, plus it genuinely has like tier 8-7 ends that are pretty solid from what I’ve seen (nothing’s been calced on vs wiki tho) and I think it would be weird for Enbard to just have the strongest character in the verse on his profile tucked away in a third key.

There's no consensus on it tbh. Some people think he's the mimic wearing William's corpse, some people think the Burntrap ending did happen and he's just inside the blob now, some people think he's actually William's body being possessed by Glitchtrap(with Glitchtrap believing it's William ig?) Some people just straight up think it's William, some people believe he just doesn't exist anymore, etc.
Basically, no body ******* knows.
