Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken Discussion Thread 20

Out of the blue but what would we consider veldora's existence probability manipulation? Other than probability what other ability would encompass it? I got one answer from the questions thread that was limited self-existence erasure. considering that he was lowering his probability of existence to the lowest possible limit.

Growthspeed = the movement of time. So when the world loses its power to expand, then it loses the concept of time as well. If the expansion of the universe was positive energy, then the phenomenon in front of us now could be considered negative energy. Negative energy was special and was not something you could easily guard against. Veldora was unaffected by almost every kind of interference wave. That was how good his ‘Probability Manipulation’ was. Had this been an attack from an enemy, it would have likely have no effect. So even if the world was destroyed, Veldora would be returned to his dimension without feeling any effects from it.

Unlike LN, WN Veldora showed it was capable of passing through both existent and nonexistent attacks by reducing his own existence.
 
My first thread after all these months is gonna be cleaning up the WN mess. Basically replacing ALL the MTLs with FTLs that we have been using from the start. Or outright removing them.

Since getting all those scans translated will take a damn while, and because we already have so many other options based completely on ftl for the same ability.

Each thread (WN revising series up till part 11) had at best around 2 to 5 mtl scans among the hundreds. Some even had none. And most of the mtl scans overlap across many parts (like the scan for "conceptual existence" for demons and angels was used in MTL like 7~8 times across all those parts.

So counting unique scans only, there are barely around 10 in Part 4 to part 11. I don't think the number will drastically increase over all the other parts if we don't include cosmology threads or speed thread (gotta get that back soon too, separately and individually).

Its a Korean cultivation novel. The MC and his coworkers are transported to another world. All his coworkers have amazing abilities and talent. His ability is regression, so every time he dies he returns to the past. Using this ability, he makes up for his abysmal talent.

Both don't really have a good translation for a lot of chapters due to lacking translators, but if you're willing to read some human edited MTL that sometimes confuses gender and makes hilarious names, it's all pretty good.
