Isn't the main supporting arguments for hypertimelines the fact each "Universe" in dragon ball have their own separate space times with the normal universe and other world being such examples? Not the hyperbolic time chamber?

Plus, https://imgur.com/gallery/shinsenkai-alternate-dimension-9OPjn5f other rooms in the lookout are stated to be alternate dimensions. You have to show that there’s something different about the time room, when multiple of these rooms in the lookout are stated to be dimensions. Also, even if I steelman your position, and this is magically not a dimension. Then, the fact that we see that everything’s fine when the entrance is destroyed still shows that it’s separate somehow. Hope that helps.

Yes and that the time room is the source of these timelines and every universe has its' own time room.
But the when the earth is destroyed nothing happens to the universe.
This whole thing requires a long list of assumptions:
1. The Time Room is a dimension.
2. The Time Room is a dimension like the Rosat
3. The Time Room is unaffected by the earth's destrcution.
3a. Is there any evidence that the Rosat is unaffected by the destruction of the earth?
4. Every universe has its own time room.
There are no statements that support any of the assumptions. It's just assumed. The blog just says, "Should be a pocket dimension"/
Thanks but this is the Rosat. The time room only exists in a filler episode from dragonball. I don't think its ever brought up again after the episode.

Time machines in DB literally hop dimensions (as Bulma and Pilaf state), so your example doesn't work here, the room isn't just a "time machine". The existence of the hyper timeline has been implied by multiple guides, and the three different realms of Universe 7, the existence of the time rings, Whis' statements about Zeno, and Bulma's time machine build upon this concept.

If the Rosat is immune to the destruction of the earth because its a dimension, why didn't Mr. PoPo tell everyone to run into the Rosat to protect themselves? Instead he watches in frustration and fear like he couldn't do anything?
There's no evidence that the time room is a dimension and there is no evidence that these assumed dimensions would survive earth's destruction.
