I vote for Cyn then. Cyn may be physically weaker though her higher speed would make tings fair. How this would start is Cyn trying to use melee attacks but failed since The one has higher durability and strikes back at her. Though because of immorality she would survive and she can you durability negation to one shot him or use absolute solver to kill him. The one still has a win con she he could just injure Cyn until she can't fight anymore but Cyn's higher range makes her more likely to win.

the one is getting statued, the speed differnce is between so much that the one wouldnt process a thought before he lost. you need to equalize speed. its at MAX supersonic+ vs MFTL+. its a stomp for cyn atm.

Now that speed is equalized, Cyn just opens up a black hole and one-shots the One with its AoE planetary range. Even though she may be physically weaker, Cyn's forcefields do allow her to tank all of the One's attacks if she does manage to activate them, so I'm voting Cyn.
