Okay, but wouldn't it be less stressful for you to specify that others stronger than Goku would scale to it too in the same thread, then get to them later as well? If you only specify Goku here, you may need another CRT just to add the others

Can't say about Arale, but Toon Physiology (What allows Bugs to perform almost all of his abilities, including Plot Manipulation) works as a UESWhy arale is only low 1c with plot hax? I'm pretty sure she has similar feats to Bugs Bunny
Plus, he scales to people who already physically destroyed/survived the destruction of the Film Reel (Which, currently, is the verse's reason for the Low 1-C rating)

Specifically, Vegeta's Ki Drawing and Dispersing the Storm. I think this should be fine because Ki is used to enhance physicals right?

Ki is a UES and we do have evidence that higher Ki means higher LS so I would think it works. Whether or not staff agree is a different story as they may prefer more direct physical LS feats.
