No worries. Enacting a ban decision that's already been reached but not applied is fine also, for the record. In this case I think the conclusion was basically self evident but it still must be decided upon.

Personally, if you're able to, I think it's reasonable and correct to ban someone who is actively posting inappropriate content, if only to stop them from doing it immediately.

The decision can always be reverted later, but I think the alternative (being afraid to take action) has potentially far worse consequences.

He has made 2 CRTs attempting to downgrade the KE but they have only been accepted by CGMs so far. I have also pointed out how WoG from the director himself for Puss' height should be more reliable than an in universe approximation from another character.

This user has been talked/warned to by other users not to change profiles without CRT's and should be fully aware that this is rule breaking.

I understand completely and no one is obligated to evulate anything. Just this isnt the first time they have applied changes that were unapproved. Hopefully them seeing themselves here will be a wakeup call, in place of some instruction or warning cause they dont seem malicious to me at all.
