It's just the same situation as that one place in Sumeru where the realm itself is frozen in time yet anyone entering it wouldn't be affected, so yeah probably no given it's just a change as in before the realm changed there — Istaroth already froze it like 500 years ago or so that's why it resemblances the Cataclysm (Literally the perfect preservation of it lmao)
Unrelated to this though, but there's a leak about Amphoreus itself being Irontomb.. I wonder if like Surtalogi and the rest, like their powers are through technological advance (Tbh, it'd probably be realistic given how advanced Khaenri'ah is as a nation anyway)

I noticed something, trough the entire quest traveler learned all elements till hydro, but nothing ever shown about pyro..does that mean story takes place long before natlan?

Im thinking that the Traveler CANNOT access the power of Pyro somehow outside of Natlan because.. If skirk's story takes place long before natlan dont really make sense to me.

Time in that one realm is already freezing for a long time, but not in that scene where time just suddenly freezing, and direi (npc girl) got affected.. while the mc and the sibling arent.

that would have been explained, plus natlan isnt as limited as it used to be anymore since natives can now leave natlan freely, plus it makes no sense to collect pyro as our 6th needed element just to not be able to use it.

They switched dimension to the current state of Khaenri'ah during Cataclysm, it's not anything new really. It's like we're accessing that timeline even if it's not our timeline, we're not affected because it's the timeline 500 years ago that's why Direi is affected but Travelers aren't since the Travelers are from the future timeline
If Skirk's story takes place before Natlan, not only that this contradicts the fact that it's a continuation for the 5.7 Archon Quest, Traveler still sucks like he fought the Abyss with Mavuika and he's still reliant to her anyway

Then we dont know why.. What certain is that quest is not takes before natlan because.. Its just doesn't make sense to me, not to mention in that quest Traveler is talking about that he can purify abyssal power which is he currently used that purification in Natlan.

Traveler is actually a bum even if his ass is Extraordinary Genius combat wise, like he had abyssal energy resistance similar to like Argenti level of resistance against Horizon of Existence but who would have thought that it genuinely needs preparation or that it's exclusive to Teyvat only for his hax (Like the leylines manipulation) even the Trailblazer with Path ain't like that

It is also huge plot hole to make traveler unable to use elements that he needs to progress trough the story, hes literally destined to use 7 elements by the end of game and resonate with all statues, unless we somehow actually get real pyro power in mare jivari or nod krai, so yea its not wrong to belive this was fontaine traveler based quest.

- The archive labels the Skirk's story quest happening post Mavuika, when even characters like Baizhu (which had his quest released in 3.6) have his quest label as a Liyue Arc quest, another examples are Xianyun, Yoimiya act 2, Mizuki, Cyno act 2, Escoffier
- Won't make narrative sense for bro getting relativity to Skirk and then fumble against Gosoy
- Traveler knows about the fake sky, which was a theory in 1.1 event but it wasnt confirm until 5.2 Archon quest
