Well, after the recent Johnny Test CRT, as well as Misaka's profile (finally) getting fixed, I decided to do this. This was a matchup I wanted to do for a lil while now (about a month I think), because of how fairly even and versatile these characters are in certain areas.

Johnny X and Post-Daihaseisai Misaka will be used here.

Speed will NOT be equalized

The A.A.A. will be restricted for Misaka.

Johnny's equipment will be restricted, too.

That comment on Johnny's profile is a little bit outdated

He leads with Hurricane Hands, Power Poots, Shapeshifitng, and Teleportation. He'll use the other abilities he has in his Johnny X key if the primary abilities he's using isn't doing much. Johnny only relies on H2H in his base form. As Johnny X, he's a ranged fighter.

Johnny doesn't have his equipment with him, so he'll just use his Johnny X powers.

She controls little particles of sand to make various stuff. Some of the stuff she makes are:
-Swords
-Tendrils that restrict people (she can create this around Johnny, basically Damaku)
-Barriers
-Giant waves of Iron
-A mech that generates and builds up power overtime

For the tendrils, Johnny has a few ways to counter this.

1. He can shapeshift into something small to escape the grasp of the tendrils
2. He can teleport out of harms way
3. He can go invisible so Misaka can't detect him

Everything else is pretty valid to use (especially the barriers), but can't Johnny use his Hurricane Hands to blow the sand away? Sand in particular is very weak to strong enough winds, and Johnny's Hurricane Hands are more than strong enough to blow sand away, unless there's something I'm missing here.

Also what's stopping Johnny from destroying the mech before it builds up enough power?

Fair point, but her lightning blasts (I'm assuming that's coming from her Esper Powers, which grants her SOL attack speed) aren't speed blitzing Johnny's reaction speed at all (in fact her Esper Powers aren't even 1.5x faster than Johnny's reaction speed I think), so it's still not going to be easy to paralyze.

Misaka's senses are like this:

Enhanced Senses (She can perceive the flow of electrical currents and magnetic fields. Her body is constantly emitting electro-magnetic waves that picks up any suspicious movements against her, which can allow her to feel and maneuver around her surroundings even while she can't see or hear. Can also detect a person's presence even if they are invisible with her microwave radar. Should also be comparable to her weaker clones, who can measure someone's heartrate and brainwaves through touch and can detect the exact amount of people in a building and if they are armed from a distance away)

So, invisibility is out the window

I don't see how he can stop her from making the mech. She just spams tendrils he has to constantly evade, and her AOE tsunamis make it so he has nowhere to safely stand next to her. She also creates barriers and zaps him away if he gets close. She should be able to build the mech, and she can also just make a smaller one and make it bigger over time. The iron sand also vibrates btw, he will be grinding his hand every time he touches it, it's even been compared to a chainsaw.

She can also blind him by flashing light to create an opening for paralysis. Misaka can also create clone decoys to distract him and make more openings. Her mobility makes it harder to hit her since she swings around like spiderman or flies with a piece of metal. Simply put, she is super hard to tag.

Heck, even if he finally hits her, she just tanks it, especially with her 6-C Rampage dress. That only makes him vulnerable to an AOE lightning blast that paralyzes him.
