That's not really how that works. If one tentacle did it then that would be fine, but it required numerous tentacles did it not? And can you put him withstanding the onslaught so we can see what that means.

Kaneki FRA with skill, kagune abilities and regeneration. Saying that Mark and Allen are comparable to him in skill is just ridiculous.

Kaneki via skill, regen, LS diff, and of course, RE.
Kaneki has memorized a buncha martial arts, can easily react to things that he isn't looking at, something Mado, someone far less skilled than Kaneki can do. He can also react to attacks instinctually, anticipate entire moves ahead as well. Kaneki takes skill without a doubt. His fighting style is also going to be very hard for Allen and Mark, Kaneki will use whichever dozen Kagune he has to off guard you, whether that's attacking you from underground or behind you. Even parrying a Kagune tentacle wouldn't matter much here since he can transmute it into something else to grab, tear etc. Whatever analysis capabilities Mark or Allen has gets overrided, bypassing whatever analysis they have on him mid fight.
Kaneki also has the ability to grow stronger mid fight, and on the off chance that they actually manage to land a hit on the guy who's skill diffing them into hell, his RE process begins, which results in them getting blitzed and one tapped.
Nothing Mark or Allen can do except possibly shoot him into space before he can react.

Kagune is a homogeneous muscle mass, not a creature where some muscle groups are better developed than others. In the last battle, Kaneki directly blocked the Dragon's attacks and broke out of its mouth when all forces were focused on him. Class T refers to the awakening and formation of the mass and requires less effort than aggressively trying to restrain someone. Scaling has no problems.

Please show Kenaki's feat of withstanding the tentacles first. What I'm asking is how we got from the Dragon moving itself with numerous tentacles, to Kenaki withstanding a couple, means he scales to the full feat.

Anyway. I will be voting Kaneki for the reasons listed above. If Kaneki's LS rating changes from its current Class T rating I'll reevaluate my vote.
But Mark and Allen's arguments are less convincing and they're pretty limited in what they can do to Kaneki besides rushing him like stampeding Rhinos and hoping for the best

If I remember correctly, it’s because fear manip for DS causes breathing problems, paralysis, and internal bleeding

To bre frank, Fear Manip is probably not going to affect Mark that much. He's got Supernatural Willpower and Immense Pain Tolerance which should get him through it.

Although my main argument was that all this mass was erupting at such a crazy speed straight from Kaneki's back and kakuhou. The dragon is his kakuja, which he formed in a short period of time. When billions of tons of biomass are erupting from yours, you have to scale up to that

Alright so this clearly does not scale to the Dragon's feat. Secondly, no it coming out of his back does not mean he now scales. The dragon was his kakuja, its not anymore.

Allen and Mark would just decide on doing that. Also Allen's punch sent Mark back to Earth and Mark flew him to the moon. It's something they'd figure could work.

Mark did it with a battering ram. What's stopping Kaneki from ripping his kagune apart when Mark grabs it or dodging every attack?

They don't have kagunes. My argument basically is if Kaneki is downgraded to his Class G scaling, which is only 79307787 tons while they are 577547878.23 tons, then this is possible for them.

Show what? Mark rammed Allen into the moon, Allen's punches can knock Mark back into Earth. I mean yeah if the difference is high enough and its something they do, a class g would send a class m into space.

He just does this or that. As soon as they grab him, the kagune pierces them.
And to send him into space with a blow, they need to hit him, while Kaneki will read them like an open book, fight off Donmaku and can use the abilities of other ghouls, like clones or force fields.
