Fates non serious authority didn't work on Kaito, but she never used her serious mode on him. However it did work on people who should have higher layer of resistance, and even acausality last I remember. Which would be beyond kaitos blessing

My logic is Kaito should have resistance towards Fate's serious power, since his blessing is real and it came from Shiro rather than Supreme God's

The problem is because of how it works, it can be hella inconsistent at first glance, like Ein's timestop worked on Kaito, but apparently since it wasn't aimed to harm him, it gets a pass like vibe check or something

In fact the whole Shiro's blessing is based on vibe check basically

The fact that Fate included him with all the people who can resist her serious authority reinforces it. She also mentioned Alice's situation about how she can rapidly change her Fate when talking about her. Alice used that when she fought the serious Fate so it's pretty much clear she was mentioning everyone with reference to her serious authority

This would also confuse the resistance chain with six Kings. They resist authorities, Isis's (non serious) magic power can be resisted by count ranks. But authorities take prescedence over normal abilities. With what was said, her power would be comparable to a WC authority, like when the Supreme gods were buffed...which is neat but then what about everything else?

I ain't dealing with Six Kings so i'mma ignore that.
The magic power they resist isn't even a non serious one tbh, it's just a very small part of her passive aura she couldn't compress, she doesn't even release aura normally like Megiddo and all. I don't think this adds anything but meh.
...I think to counter that, we can make seperate keys? Like base and controlled magic power of death? I think it would be better to treat her power as something similar to WC authorities in nature but not equally powerful unless we are using the mastered version, it might potentially have its own problems but it should be better?

Honestly there is an argument of like count ranks losing resistance to Isis magic power, but it has to be explored.

Essentially the nature of the magic power is that it bypasses barriers and what, unless your like a 6 king it affects everyone, just the degree of effect is greater depending on the difference in strength between Isis and the other person.

Kaito ironically being among the weakest characters, suffered even greater effects than Count Ranks, and through sheer will muscled through it.

Could even argue that the 6 kings being equal in strength to isis is why the magic power doesn't affect them, so it's not that they have resistance, so much as it's just the nature of the magic power.

But anyway in terms of resistance to the passive effects, it's very likely counts lose the resistance or even if they keep it, it's not going to be 5/6-D, as what they resist isn't the same as what bypassed Kaito's blessing.

Doesn't change anything I said, there are statements that it makes barriers and what not useless, but it still works based on the difference in strength.

It got past Kaito's blessing which is a barrier that grants resistances, but the reason it does that is there a massive difference in power between Kaito and Isis, contrasted to Count Ranks where their barriers can protect them from the passive to an extent, because there isn't as massive a gap as with Kaito.

But yea we should probably consider resistance negation for the magic power.

Resistance negation is pretty standard at that level too.

If you were to accept the informal blessings the gods got from Shiro as 5D, due to Fate absorbing it granting her 5D powers, peak count ranks would still have 5D smurf when Epsilon could seal some of the gods with sealing techniques.

Does stat difference really matter when talking about Kaito? From what I understood, the removal is on the basis that it bypassed the blessing cuz of the power difference in them being too great compared to count ranks, who resist it through barriers cuz the power doesn't affect them as much as Kaito.... maybe I'm too dumb to understand this lol but did I got the gist of it correct?

Overall, decent I'd say. Some stuff is of course skipped. There are some manga canon chapters tho that doesn't exist in both LN and WN. Some events are slightly misplaced. Well, if you want to get into the series, it's a good option.

The null regen and defense bypass isn't really resistance negation honestly. Also with kaitos blessing, when it comes to direct magic power attacking him isn't it more like powernull? I recall the novel saying it basically nullifies stuff

If we are talking about count ranks, they couldn't even resist her magic power until Isis managed to control it better no? But going this route, at what point does the 6D/authority level stuff kick in, rather than just it being a difference in strength? Does it turn into authority level when she is serious and attacking someone?

I would also like the profiles merged. But I think celestial made it separated due to the differences in Alice's fight with Eden, and some other things like the order of the arcs. But idk, verse is pretty similar in story aside from this

I will admit, it's a major difference with how that fight went especially. Infinite sized space and attacks set in the past..

Shiro's Blessing has all the effects of every other blessing and is superior to them all, so it would double as resistance and power null against malicious magic grant.

Not to mention blessings are statistics amplification buffs on top of that.

Resistance against certain things, and a powernull against magic is what it seems then. Depends on the Gods blessing, but shiros is a mix of both on Kaito.

However when it comes to magic power of death or actual magic attacks, seems more like powernull would be part of that factoring in kaitos blessing. Makes sense, I mean illnesses disease shenanigans aren't magic, and I don't think lillith's temptation is either. But there are several god blessings with different effects, like stopping the aging process and what-not

I'm talking about the Behemoth size calc, the lowest calc(8-C) was applied due to the lack of info at that time but a high ball calc was also created at that same time assuming Behemoths can stand on their two legs like a bear, it was calced at 8-A I think but was not used cuz they never really stood up on their hind legs and assuming they could was too much cuz of their size. I found this where Bell actually did stood up on her hind legs so I was wondering if it can be applied but maybe not? Not saying it will work, just curious if it can.

Wouldn't that depend on how you take the height of Behemoth? Like they should be around 100m even when they are on 4 legs. Like Bell is described as around 3 meter even when she is on 4 legs. But oh well, this doesn't change anything notable so I'll drop it here for now.

for preface, in the official art where they have comparison in height, Bell's height is shorter than Kaito when she's on all four (ie. not using her hind leg to stand up like a bear) so it's safe to say that Bell is 3 to 4 meters long not 3 to 4 meters tall.

That said it feels like once I caught up and get all these CRT's through and switch my focus to another series, all of a sudden the author will drop a chapter that leads to some major changes, it's daily chapters, and it's always random drops where we get massive upgrades.

I may have to revise some of what I thought was possible a couple hundred chapters ago, ie in regards to the 6 Kings, have to examine that once I am caught up, that said, Count Ranks keep getting more and more abilities.

Time stop is already a thing they can do, and various count ranks can do stuff like mess with the flow of time. Time manipulation is standard for count ranks at this point.

Off the top of my head, I guess power null? Magic which can restrain/paralyze people gets nullified by them. There are lots of other stuff but would have to go through my list to remember.

Speed is another interesting topic, even the slowest Baron rank will be Transonic, while the fastest will be Hypersonic+, so Sieg will be upgraded.

Count Ranks seem to range from Hypersonic+ on the low end to like Relativistic? Just like the LN Lilia will be upgraded to Relativistic, thus upgrading those who scale to her too ie Neun, Laguna. There were statements before about Speed of Light, will have to go back to those to see how it fits, but yea Peak Count ranks are blatantly FTL, and 6 Kings make 10xFTL look slow.

But yea other verses struggle to reach FTL, while it's just a common thing in this slice of life series....
