Anyways, no matter how you look at it, he literally has THE GOD of the entire verse bakcing his cooking skills. Not to mention he will get extra points for the plating as well, moreover Tappei himself has stated that his cooking skills are "Greater than perfect" usually this would be hyperbolic but considering its tappei plus him literally having DPs for this backs it up

Sanji's cooking is literally so good that its capable of hypnotizing people with it and nearly killing them. His food is so good that it can literally purify evil from within them. Sanji's capable of copying any cooking technique and making it better with a glance or smell alone. This isn't a competition.
