That is just not a reliable statement for scaling in general, and we don't even use it in the way that we should if it was. He has not had a on-screen fight and he will soon. For right now it needs to be deleted.

Being outdated isn't their only problem. They're also very redundant. They have the exact same abilities as Prime Invincible with some of the variants having unknown scaling and some scaling directly to him or are a bit weaker.
I guess it can serve as supporting evidence if Weevil showcases good feats in Elbaf.

For less than solid ratings can't we use Likely and Possibly ratings?

Sabo himself has unsure scaling. Burgess who has unsure scaling to Sabo and who got a buff later on shouldn't really have any rating. Unknown works best, or just delete it until he gets actual feats which I prefer.
