Here’s some combat feats you can add for Joe
Disarmed candance and marriane effortlessly outskilled Adam by doing a getting out of his attack doing a technical lift and then right hooked him beat roald by taking his back and mounting on him outskilled Clayton despite being attacked first used a double leg takedown on Brontë then did some striking on her despite Kate being armed Joe managed to disarm Kate and gain control over the gun this in question shows that Joe is skilled in weapon disarms despite Reagan outskilling him he still managed to disarm her stick attack escape her mount by reversing it and gaining control and escaped her trinagle choke this shows Joe can still take on skilled opponents

Tbh these aren't really impressive and its more strength feats more than anything

Disarming a knife so easily is impressive, but it likely counts as PIS.

the Candace feat, sure, but Marienne didn't pose any threat to Joe, and he just slammed her hand against a wall which took her by surprise and just let go of the knife after.

The only one which is strength is just Clayton tbh most of the fights Joe used some form of striking or grappling skills

Not really Joe has shown to easily disarm people so we can say he’s consistent in doing it sense he’s done it 3+ times

The feats that had to do with Reagan, Marienne, Adam, Bronte and Kate are all Strength feats with little to no skills involved. The only one that could be acceptable is probably Adam one.
Its not disarming. Marienne posed no threat to Joe and he took her by surprise when slamming her hand against the wall and for some reason she let go of the knife. The only time that he really disarmed someone is when taking the knife from Teddy and even then its not much skill involved.
