Don't know what to tell you. He has the ability Chaos Ball, but not the ability Black Hole Creation. It's not on his page, so I can't give it.

Mechikabura's profile links to the Chaos Ball because there's characteristics to it that need to be elaborated on, but it is otherwise very much just black hole creation. Why would you disqualify a character for performing a high-level application of a VSBW-approved power just because they require verse-specific pages to elaborate on it?

Megaman has AZ since the classic era, the technology has evolve so much that AZ users from Zero era would completely dwarf the AZ from classic era

Pretty sure both Goku and Saitama have a 10x AP growth beaten. And those are just the most famous ones. Goku has grown infinitely, and Saitama has outpaced someone equalizing themself with him in real time.
