Honestly the only decent thing you could maybe get from this feat is how his webs ripped out some walls, could be good LS for the webbing.

You... didn't convert the Watt-hour thingy correctly, 6.7 kWH is 21 Megajoules according to this Omni converter which is like baseline Small Building level.

Looks like the OP got "Joules" and "Tons of TNTe" mixed up, which is about 4,184,000,000x weaker than what is being proposed. And just barely above 9-A.
