Which requires him to open a portal and pass through, which is quite hard. if someone like Peter can stop from leaving for a prolonged period of time, then someone with a lot more experience in fighting like Gloxinia can do the same.

Can't he destroy Strange's crimson bands with superior AP? Besides that, his spear-weapon can function without him physically touching it.

How he gonna do that? All strange has to do is wrap him up and some threads and just... leave him there. It would only take him a few seconds for him to do so.

Strange does it within tens of meters. The starting distance is a hundred meters. Gloxinia is also more of a zoner than a CQC combatant so he wouldn't try to get close.

Strange is Kilometers with magic. This isn't anything new to him. Plus, he can use a spell that'll make Glox hit himself.

Strange can also shoot Mirror World as a projectile and from there, it's pretty much over.

He has plenty of other ways to send him there so not like it matters. He can probably just place the mirror world portal right on top of him or just throw him in there.
