Statements aren't in-universe showings, they're statements. I know how you feel about this point so there's no reason to continue this topic because I'm not changing my mind either.
In my view his 5-C rating should be either High 4-C or 4-B for the Exploding Sun statement but his base rating stays until he gets actual scaling or a displayed showing. We can continue this whenever the CRT is made for the profile revamp.

Yeah, that High 3-A Environmental Destruction in the Void Dimension that I said was based on my Country's dub guys, and has no support in the og language or any other material, just wanted to point out this, I'm not going for anything at Tier 3
Anyway, Bob has way too many statements to be anything under Tier 4, beyond Captain Marvel by WoG and a 1000 Suns power should leave him at "Likely 4-B" or anything the result of the calc ends up being

- Likely tier since it relies on statements
No need to go into way too many details like the current profile does, much less any 8-C scaling, his quotes, calc and feats are quite solid on their own

That calc is wrong though, it uses the GBE of stars when the statement is a thousand exploding suns i.e. a supernova. Is a calc even necessary? It's simply multiplying an already scientifically calculated event by 1000

We don't know yet. Cus "exploding sun" is rather nebulous, that doesn't directly mean a full-on supernova.

If Bob is added to the team profile, it'd probably have to be noted that he won't use his powers in-character as part of the group.

No because he’s never officially stated as part of the team when she introduced the avengers he was clapping alongside the civilians the newspaper section at the ending also has people say he’s not apart of the team and he’s a mysterious stranger who hangs out with them because that’s all he is
He’s never once been stated to be apart of the team I don’t think and is constantly separated from it like the & boB thing

It would be, in my mind, whatever Avengers scaling is accepted, likely 4-B. Or 8-C, likely 4-B. Then for the value it would be 10^47 or 1 Kilofoe.

That's the issue, the "Avengers scaling" has two versions:
One is inside the movie and done through what the government knows about the Avengers, which would be 5-C
The other one is done by WoG where such knowledge limitations don't apply, even going as far as saying Sentry is a mix of Thor (Currently 5-B+), Marvel and Vision, which would put him at Low 4-C
Personally, I think WoG is much better/safer, the Super-Casual-Still-Getting-Used-to-His-Powers Vibranium feat is merely support unless we add a key that uses only direct feats and no statements

Sentry is a member of the team, he lives in the tower with them. But the main personality Bob is useless as a teammate which is why he's referred to separately. He kinda plays the same role as Peter in Deadpool

It should just have a "Note" describing that in character. Robert will not use his powers due to the fear of the Void taking over again.

WoG is much safer simply because in-universe, the statement is from Valentina who clearly has no idea of what she truly created, particulary when her attempt to kill Bob only resulted in something far worse than anything she could have imagined being created

Correction: he won't use his powers because it'll risk allowing the Void to take over once again and everybody knows how catastrophic the outcome can (and certainly will) be. Him not being on the team isn't the cause, just the consequence

Yeah Sentry should have Non-Physical Interaction (Intangibility [Phasing]; ) specifically
And shouldn't he have Resistance to Durability Negation, due to him not feelin anythin from Ghosts' Attacks. Which her profile has Durability Negation by phasing through her enemies.

Also, I kind of remember that in the beginning of the fight, he repels two members of the team with a telekinetic shockwave but I'm not sure
