So basically, lots of Telekinesis feats, BFR via shadows which send people to a dimension where they relieve their worst memories, heat manipulation as he heats up Bucky's gun with a look and a bit of his arm to, is unaffected by the team's strikes including from Ghost (he outright grabs her in her intangible form) and Bucky (he lets him strike him with his arm but it does nothing) and also Yelena attempting to electrocute him does nothing, he doesn't even show discomfort

As I said, he lets Bucky strike him with his metal arm then grabs it, heats it up and tores it out with a gesture while smiling

Take note he's barely been practicing using his powers in any way, he's actually surprised at what he does throughout the fight, at one point he stops bullets from Bucky with telekinesis, sends them back with a backhand and it projects Bucky and Walker who uses his shield to protect Bucky flying against a wall which creates a crater

It's mentionned in a scene where Yelena, Walker and Ghost study some stolen documents, the formula is outright used to describe the project's objective

No, nothing on that level, the Void simply spreads his Darkness which covers Manhattan island in seconds (it starts slow but gets much faster), they defeat the Void by entering the dimension to find Bob and Bob manages to control the Void though he mentions in the post credit scene set 14 months later he has trouble using his Sentry powers without summoning the Void

Oh, and Yelena kills Fraudmaster at the beginning of the movie, long story short Valentina tries to make them kill each other to get rid of compromising proofs of illegal activities

For now yes though that was to expect anyway, it's his first appearence and the entiere team is nothing, like I said dude is basically discovering he has powers, it's like Adam in GotG 3, for now I'd put him "At least Bucky arm tier, likely far higher"

More precisely, grabbing it casually, briefly super heating it (the arm doesn't show burning signs in later scenes) just to show off and tearing it out from Bucky's body with a casual gesture before throwing it away (yeah, they're so worthless against him he outright decides to let them go)

I mean yes we can, he grabs, stops and tears it away like nothing, dude is smiling throughout all of it so he clearly has greater strenght, he just doesn't see the point at doing more

Damn Ik his opponents are just super soldiers but Sentry still looks pretty powerful.
It is implied he was holding back at that fight scene / didn't know their powers, one of these, certainly not at full power.
Unfortunately I am not too familiar with tiers but that whole scene pretty much confirms he's above anything Earth can do.

dont forget Homelander is NOT as weak as he is memed to be, and could probably do well against some of the MCU

Definitely. He spent most of his time asleep and doesn't realize he has powers nor what kind of powers he has. The fight scene has him looking surprised at what he can do several times, most (as in, 99% of it) of the "battle" is really him standing there and outright letting the team attacking him and basically only reacting to their strikes in the sense he sees them attacking him but feels nothing and doesn't even get scratched once or show even minor discomfort, he always lets them catch their breath and standing up and ends the fight by letting them go because they're absolutely worthless against him
Too soon to say, he's barely discovered his powers hours ago by the time of the fight scene and this is basically the tip of the iceberg for what he can do. For now, we can only use what he shows in the movie, which would put him above Bucky so "At least 8-C, likely higher" since the statements almost all come from Valentina who is about as objective on her opinions about it than Darth Sidious is loyal
Homelander is weak by comparison to other Superman knocks offs and Superman himself. Within the MCU itself, he's basically around the higher ladder of the low level enhanced humans and maybe low-level aliens, probably regular Asgardians. He essentially annihilates all super soldiers, Daredevil and similar characters and most of the Guardians of the Galaxy in raw power and speed I'd say but above that, he gets brutalized

No he really is that weak he’s just wanked on this site in a lot of different battle sites spidey tiers and even super soldiers can take him just fine

I think Valentina's statement of him being stronger than the Avengers is valid because remember the US government actually has data and DNA of all the Avengers. And heating Bucky's vibranium arm red and covering Manhattan in darkness could be good supporting feats. So we can put him at "At least 8-C, possibly 5-C"

Ghost might potentially warrant a new key, considering that Hannah John-Kamen has apparently made multiple statements that Ghost is intended to be "more powerful than ever" after being stabilized by Janet's powers.

Just checked. He's not just heating, but his fingers are denting the Vibranium too. This easily warrants a 5-C

If I remember correctly, only Nick Fury really knows such information, and Valentina's is unlikely to have such information. such a statement seems exaggerated to me I saw his face take damage a little after taking a couple of punches from Bucky, which is not even close to strength of Thor and Captain Marvel

I don't remember his face taking any damage, the most they could do was making him shaking his head and he has zero trace of any wound whatsoever in the following scenes and nothing suggests he has regeneration for now

It's less taking damage and more simply the laws of physics. It's like when Thor hits Thanos with a scrap of metal in IW after Thanos beats up Hulk, Thanos physically reacts but he wasn't wounded in the slightest. Same thing here. It's more physical reflexes.

So for now, his powers are: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Telekinesis, Heat Manipulation, physical Telepathy & Flight (I think I also saw him causing a shockwave during his fight with the team but I'm not sure), we might also add Intangibility Nullification since he can grab Ghost in her intangible form. The Void has all this plus Darkness Manipulation, BFR and Memory Manipulation/Illusion Creation (probably a mix of both)
